Easiest way to get L30 recipes?

B recipes are usually based on your own level unless its a lowbie arc like Twinshot's. If you're 50, you'll get level 50 recipes for pool B unless the recipe caps below - most of the time, you'll only get level 50 recipes from Citadel due to weighting (I think - all my recipes from that TF were my own level).

I see the starting bid has already been placed. I'll bid 500.

What we need is a fix to the system so that there isn't a huge glut of level 50 recipes and a huge shortage of sub-50 recipes.

But until then, I'd think a merits via the SSAs is the best bet for unobtainable level 30ish recipes.
