Also, you can buy the basic T9 rewards as much as you want.
The City of Heroes Community is a special one and I will always look fondly on my times arguing, discussing and playing with you all. Thanks and thanks to the developers for a special experience.
The next set is the Fire & Ice Tier 9 VIP costume sets coming early next year, and after that they will be adding a new VIP tier 9 set every three months and they will only be available for 6 months. So there will only ever be 2 Tier 9 sets up at any time.
The enhancement boosters are very nice. And there's probably no need to save more than 3 tokens for whenever they cycle out the T9 stuff.

I know I have used them to increase all of my incarnate brutes defenses to fifty three.. not fifty plus three. Then because the alpha is cardiac I gain an added twenty %.
The unslotters come in handy too When I hit level 47 with the brute mentioned above I was able to unslot and store a number of 45 level IOs in my base as I ugraded to fifty levels.
I guess was just curious if they were consideringa tier ten. Sounds like they just intend to add different tier 9 stuff to use which is sort of the same thing anyway.
