Sheldon's already assigned characters to his fellow nerds on BBT.
According to him, it goes:
Leonard- Captain Kirk
Sheldon- Spock
Howard- Sulu or Checkov (can't rememeber which)
Raj- Nameless Red Shirt who doesn't make it back from away mission.
He says they need a medical officer, or McCoy, for their crew. That's why he was excited when Leonard started dating that doctor chick.
If they did a Star Trek parody on Big Bang Theory from next generation where Sheldon play as Barkley, where he had transporter phobia. I told this to a friend who is a huge fan of the show and she just imagined it and was already laughing her head off at the thought of it.
