localize auras pls

Example: If I make a toon with one robotic arm and the rest a zombie, I would like to be able to put steam punk aura on the robot arm and slime on the rest of the body.

basically ... don't make them exclusive ... let atleast 2 be active on one character.

Adding additional aura options has been asked for before (and really has nothing to do with your title ). I'm all for having 2, as long as they force you do put them in different spots (so you can't have two eye auras), and also for giving us more customizability in where we can put the auras.

If it doesn't break the character budget (become a performance hit for other players' client machines), I'm all for it

By localize i thought you where going to ask for something like a aura for a single eye(left or right).

That is included ... anything where you can put a costume part, eye patch, robotic arm, peged leg, beast head, wolf ears, glove detail, etc, You should be able to put an aura specific to the part.

How about an aura for my beard ... magical facial hair.

basically ... add auras to body locations.

They already have this in the game for certain costume pieces (Steampunk Backpack, and Celestial Backpack to name two) so there really isn't a reason other than budget for not working on it and adding it as an option to other costume pieces.

More auras can mean more lag. Especially with leagues now, if 24 people all had 2-3 auras on it would definitely be a hit to performance.

I don't know if you were around when the original hami raids happened (before the zone capped at 50 people) but the general accepted attire was no aura, no cape, for obvious reasons of lag.

I was around for that ... it was the only reason my main had 2 costume slots ... was to be one for hami and one for normal teams ... if it became a big deal again. I imagine people would do that again. I would ... but till then I want to be able to make my toon the way he is meant to look ... thanks

side note: MOST of the people I team with in iTrials ALSO were around during the hami raid time frame and would know and voice that there needs to be no aura/no dual aura/no capes costumes for the trials. Also, would cross that bridge when we come to it. Besides, why have more that 2, and no reason to make them stackable.

Umm I think if you want to have 2 auras going you can also do the right thing and have a costume without. Or have the days of reason been lost to one track minds.

I'm not sure if you are aware of this but we can have around 10 costume slots these days, so there's no reason anyone can't have a plain generic costume to wear if lag becomes an issue for them.
