Fear and Loathing in Tatooine
OK, I admit it, you made me laugh.

August 31, 2012. A Day that will Live in Infamy. Or Information. Possibly Influence. Well, Inf, anyway. Thank you, Paragon Studios, for what you did, and the enjoyment and camaraderie you brought.
This is houtex, aka Mike, signing off the forums. G'night all. - 10/26/2012
Well... perhaps I was premature about that whole 'signing off' thing... - 11-9-2012
I love the art they do. I wish I could get my hands on the Kessel Run and Mos Eisley posters, but the damn things are sold out
Goodbye, I guess.

We were somewhere around Toshi Station on the edge of the desert when the midi-chlorians began to take hold. I remember saying something like "I feel a bit of a disturbance in the Force; maybe you should drive...." And suddenly there was a terrible roar all around us and the sky was full of what looked like huge mynocks, all swooping and screeching and diving around the landspeeder, which was going about a hundred miles an hour with the top down to Mos Eisley. And a voice was screaming "By the Holy Stars! What are these g*dd*mn animals?"
Then it was quiet again. My Jedi Master had taken his shirt off and was pouring spicebrew on his chest, to facilitate the tanning process. "What the hell are you yelling about?" he muttered, staring up at the twin suns with his eyes closed and covered with a wraparound Bespin blast shield. "Never mind," I said. "It's your turn to pilot." I hit the brake jets and aimed the Great Brown Sando toward the shoulder of the highway. No point mentioning those mynocks, I thought. The poor nerfherder will see them soon enough.
EDIT: In the meantime, I've learned of an enormous upcoming gallery showing of impressive Star Wars art in Seattle...
