Vocal sounds in Blood Widow Claws attacks

i think they are supposed to be the target making those noises, but as you mention it makes no sense if it is not a human male (i could also be wrong and they could be the blood widow making the noises lol)
another oddity ive heard with them is that they make those sounds even if they miss with their attack which doesnt make any sense either if it is supposed to be the target
i dont know about getting rid of them, i think they are kinda funny to hear every now and then lol
I've wanted to see the grunting done away with since I first realised what was happening. It makes no sense, it's out of place and it's not very good on top of it. Kill it and leave just the attack sounds.

I can't remember details but I seem to remember this being brought up to BAB at one point and he said he'd look at it. That was the last I ever heard of it.

Either you have overly sensitive ears or I am that deaf. Because I've never heard those sounds, on PCs or NPCs O_o

From whom are they supposed to be emanating, those pained grunts and stifled screams that accompany NPC Blood Widows' Claws attacks? It's a male voice, so unless Arachnos is really up to something shady with that program, it's presumably not the Widows themselves. The only other interpretation that makes any sense is that they're supposed to be coming from my character in response to being cut, which is not only obnoxious godmoding, but also pretty much nonsense if I'm playing a female character, the AutoCooler 5000, or what have you.
Suggestion: 86 those sound effects. It's been a long time since I played Clawdacious, but I don't remember his regular PC Claws attacks making those sounds. Maybe you could just use those.
