I should know this-Proc question
The LotG Proc functions as a set bonus, basically, so it would only affect you. I think it would be the same for the Miracle Proc, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

I know from testing that the Panacea proc can do a once per 10 seconds tick on any team mate within Triage Beacon.
Check the proc's description, it will usually say target or caster.
There was a quirck with one of the end mod ones slotted in either Speed Boost or Stamia with a 'chance to stun' that was most entertaining.
Performance Shifters: Chance for +End can proc to the team.
Stuff like Numina, Miracle, and LotG don't, though, if I recall correctly.

numina and Miracle are procs. Both will hit anyone in a triage beacon or spirit tree, and thus I assume they will also hit anyone with an AoE heal. But I have never tested because I'm selfish and would rather have the bonus permanent for myself by sticking them in health =)

Thank you everyone at Paragon and on Virtue. When the lights go out in November, you'll find me on Razor Bunny.

As Mega_Jamie mentioned there are some other procs such as Panacea (and I believe Performance Shifter) which instead affect the target of the power (which is why you don't slot Performance Shifter in Electrical Balst ).
It depends on how the proc is implemented in game. Some procs affect the caster of the pwoer while some affect the target. Unfortunately RedTomax is still down so I can't verify but if I recall correctly all of the Proc120s (which includes Numina and Miracle) are set to affect the caster so won't propagate to teammates.

Like I said, I've never tried it and won't even if it does work.

Panacea however will proc on the target, and will work as you desire in an AoE heal. Performance Shifter can be a little wonky since many powers that grant endurance also drain endurance, and so you will want to be certain that the proc isn't giving endurance back to your enemies, but only granting endurance to you.

Draggynn has the right of how these procs work. LotG won't affect anyone but yourself. Neither Miracle or Numina. Panacea does, though. And Performance Shifter can't be described any better than with the word, 'wonky.'
If you put LOTG 7.5% in manuvers, Or Miracle Proc in an auto heal that you will be spamming will it proc on the team?
If the answer is no are there any that can proc on a team?
