Adult player LF SG

I'm 25, looking for other 18+ players.

I'm sub'd and currently rolling with a level 15 pain/mm. I play frequently, but I haven't had a single interaction with another person since i resub'd 3 days ago.

Thats what you get in Praetoria on the free servers I guess. Think I've "seen" a total of like 7 people thus far.

I'm ideally looking for a diverse roster. I think it would make more sense to be with at least a "few" people within my level and target levels, but by no means a must, especially since the player base is still recovering since the transition and is not quite there yet.

I'm very much used to a competitive gaming environment. Played much UO, DAoC, and games like 10Six back in the day.

PvP is great. Used to competitive PvE as well. I can acclimate myself to the needs of an RP SG as well.

This game is rated "T for Teen." Most everyone you're going to encounter, with very few exceptions, are adults. And in my experience, most of the people I know and play with are significantly older than teens.

Perhaps you should check out the SG/VG recruiting threads stickied at the top of the forums?

I've heard that the median age of CoH players is somewhere around 28 years old, though there are some kids running around.

Hmm... I hope you have any luck with this, since I don't know the state of red-side well enough other than it is decidedly less active than blue-side.

EDIT: SS, I believe the one you're looking for is "I need an adult," to which I (or anyone else, apparently) can reply that they are.

I'd echo the suggestion to try browsing through the "Villain Group" listings and see if anything looks like a good fit for you.

Were you looking for an RP Villain Group, or non-RP?

Your best bet is going to be looking in game for something, the forums aren't very helpful for finding a role playing group. As you can tell most people say, "Look at the stickies above" like it is helpful...look at the villain list. Two groups. One that I was apart of before and didn't really like and the other has a theme I am not really interested in. So yeah, two choices from the forums and if you don't like what they have to offer you got nothing.

To be on track, I can suggest you to the SG I am proud and a part of Legion of Freedom. We don't accept people based on just their age, but we are mostly all adults in the views of others. I can also say check the stickies up top... best way to find a SG you'll like is to interact in the game with others around you. Get a lil friendly and join a SG (or VG) based on info from the characters (people) around in game.
