I don't want to say everyone was a jerk, but a few things did happen
-OP was asking the League Leader to fix the teams so his team could actually contribute
-Gets kicked for no clear reason
-Even though he shouldn't have criticized the league leader openly in broadcast, he was met with ignorance.
-He tries to state his case, and somehow trying to have it so his team could contribute is somehow "about him" and is basically mocked.
I really can't say this was a simple miscommunication...
*note, this is if what Doc says is completely true. I prefer screenshots myself for evidence...

still doesn't excuse the insults he received
a simple "you can do it yourself" from anyone in the league would have solved the whole thing
ToT Leagues... = Stupid...Bad feelings and everything inbetween. I chose to lead one on my main. A Grav/FF. The reason being is that the issue with a ToT league is that people drop and enter so quickly that it is really hard to manage the league, 100% of the time. Moving people who are just randomly hitting doors and going through lists to find 50's to put in that leadership role.
Hense why I remained in Personal Force Field for so long so I could do it without hassle.
But no....(Considdering you as team lead of your team could have made a 50 the star carrier)
You were not just trying to play the game. Just playing the game with a ToT league as long as you are opening the doors would allow for the same halloween drops for Salvage or Tips (If in costume). This pure and simple was more about the XP grind that comes along with the ToT FARM. It was not about being less effective (Although you would have issues battling the Purple beasties and I recognize that) in my head it would be more about not being able to farm it properly for the quick XP boost.
However this is sort of all about you, but it also in some ways should be, although I think you handled it differently than I would have. I would have simply told the leader of the ToT (Who was prolly very busy) to move you or adjust the teams.
Me- After these next couple doors that are opened and finished could we take 2 minutes to allow the league leader try to fix or reasign the teams to have a 50 leading each one?
I had one player do that on my ToT Leage and being so busy managing I said sure! Thats a great idea. So I asked people to stop opening doors and had a chance to readjust the teams accordingly.
But to be honest with you, I have had people go completely off the handle about not being on a team with a 50 leader, and thats because I was busy, but the league leader tries to do their best.
I think it was your approach and that you took it into global to vent your frustration to a mass of people who might not know this other player, and while trying to preserve your fine name, your went out purposefully attempting to tarnish the name of another player to other players.
That happened to me just the other day, and I mentioned something of it in the player Toxicity thread. I didn't appreciate it when that person did it to me in global when I was trying to fix things, and I would not have appreciated you doing it to me either.
Only one side of the story is being told here, so no reasonable conclusion can be reached. Next.

I'm still kinda iffy on how it's your fault but I think it has something to do with your avatar. No cat smiles that much unless it's up to no good.

Text communication is slow and clunky compared to speech. It's even worse when you're trying to balance it with playing your character and organizing a league. Miscommunications are going to happen. I'd much rather assume that than believe everyone is a jerk.
