CCE have lost sense to me with new 10 slots costume screen...
This thread is awesome. Two years in and I didn't know about any of this stuff.
Although, getting the menu out of the way in time has never been a problem, because I always increase the sensitivity of my mouse (in games and in Windows) to an insane amount. It took some getting used to but has provided much relief to my wrist and also improved combat. Still, I'll be making the window smaller just for the sake of tinkering.

Now that we can buy the emotes piecemeal, I don't know if locking them by the pack is valid anymore. I didn't know about the holiday pack for some reason and onoy just got around to looking at the incarnate stuff.

For instance, Feather Burst:
LockedOption
{
DisplayName "Costume slot 1"
Command "cce 0 CCFeatherBurst"
Authbit AnimalPack
Storeproduct CUCPAFEB
}
My menu checks for both where applicable. Authbit checks for the pack, while storeproduct checks for the individual emote. It is an "OR" check so while it is redundant, it ensures that it works either way.
The Holiday Pack emotes are in the Quickchat menu (/popmenu costumes), and duplicated for when they become available. Actually they've been in the quickchat file for about a year now.

I was just playing around with the idea behind Zombie Man's slash command tip and discovered how to re-size separate, INDIVIDUAL power trays:
The syntax is this:
/windowscale <string> <float>
Which basically means that if you type this:
/windowscale Tray1 1.2
You'll get a slightly enlarged tray of buttons to mash for Tray 1. I'm talking about separate trays that are littered around your screen, not the default power tray window at the bottom right of your screen.
(What this REALLY means is that if you knew each UI window's name ("string"), you could customize any individual element. I don't know where to find that information. I got lucky on my first try by typing "Tray1"...for all I knew it was going to be something weird like Power_Tray_1.)

They all laughed at me when I said I wanted to be a comedian.
But I showed them, and nobody's laughing at me now!

My simple suggestion to the Devs would be for the costume window to automatically close the instant you choose a costume, especially when you choose to change costumes with a CCE. That way you get to actually "see" the emote go off while getting rid of a window you can't use again for 30 seconds anyway.

I... just use the slash commands, myself, I didn't think it was that inaccessible. Then again I suppose I have a long and storied history with MMOs and many of the older titles didn't even have GUI elements for most of what the slash commands were capable of.
Is the /cce system that unfriendly to most players?

I've been using costume change keybinds for years, but for people who rely on the costume GUI as their primary method to change costumes the new slots made it that much harder to use unless you shrink it down using the /windowscale commands.

/macro CCe "popmenu CCes"
This creates a macro button named CCe and when you click on it, it should open a menu with the different cce emotes nested into the different categories.
I hope this helps.
