Yes, those are the Celestial Costume pieces, available only to V.I.P. players in Tier 9

It was supposed to be 3 months before they realised they couldn't award Reward Tokens in advance, now it's "Unknown".

Is it really that hard to reward in advance? I mean total payment/15 is basically all you need to hand them out.
