Did they change their mind about reward tokens?

You'll get your token at the end of the billing month. It was originally planned for the beginning of the billing month, but there was a problem.

SO. The September tokens went out early, and the October token goes out late. Yes? If that's true, then things look accurate on my account.

I received my September token a few days ago, even tho after days of arguing with CS that the Sept was awarded in a lump-sum. I just pointed out that if that were the case, i'm missing two tokens.
Also, checking my paid time i came up with a different time.
Apparently they don't count the time giving with box purchases as time paid anymore, so i suggest you all look at your own paid time to find out if it is correct. Mine said 1 year, 8 months, i bought 5 boxes, making 23 months, plus i should have gotten my 2 year badge this month too. 1, year 8 months is 20 months, yet i received my 21 month vet badge in July. Still waiting on their explanation regarding this.

For instance, here a partial screenshot (hiding identity information) of my account page from February 2010:
Notice the difference between Total Paid Time and Veteran Reward Time? That was the game time applied to my account. The new account page only shows paid time. However, I did NOT get my reward token on the 11th or 12th.

A white haired elf ran by my computer and threw 3 CoX reward tokens at me screaming they were from customer service. About two minutes after that a squidly looking thing flew by, grabbed the tokens with random appendages, said "Nrgumpft" and flew away.
My last token arrived in September when I expected it, the same day I got Vet Badges before Freedom. I expect my next one when that day arrives in October.

I was under the impression that vip players would get a reward token for every month they remained vip. However I'm not getting any and I can't find anything in the information pages about them. Did they change their mind and just not tell anyone?
