Do you have the Super Science booster (or equivalent from the Paragon Market)? If not then you can't change your appearance after character creation.
Edit: I think you have to use the Cosmetic Surgeon in Icon/Facemaker to do it.

I believe you still have to go to a Super Tailor for that. Trainers are just regular tailors, it would appear! (BABs hasn't taken up the art of sex changes yet)

When you mean "appearance" you mean things like the body sliders for the legs and waist? You still have to go to the special "body surgeon" super tailors like you can find in Icon. The trainers just allow you to change your basic costumes.

You meant adjusting the legs/chest/etc sliders (as well as gender)? You need to go to a super tailor.
All of those can fall into the category of 'appearance'

Sorry I wasn't more elaborate.
When I said "physical appearance"...I meant body sliders.
I now know that I have to go to the actual Icon tailors for that.

Yeah back when the Science Booster Pack added the cosmetic surgeon feature they made it so that only certain tailor-type people provided the full body slider editing. The Paragonwiki link I just provided lists where those cosmetic surgeons are. Have fun.

Yes, it is account-wide. It used to be part of one of the super booster packs (mutant) before the Paragon Store split them all apart into their constituent pieces.

I've also, and this is really strange, had it happen twice in a row the first two times I used it on my brand new StJ/Invuln scrapper. And had it hit my new SR/MA tanker once shortly after I rolled him up.

I have yet to get Rikti-monkeyed with my Elec/Elec Brute, but I've had once or twice where the power just does nothing. Is that a normal option? Or am I supposed to be getting the monkey, and for some reason it just doesn't take?

Can you not change your physical appearance?
When talking to Miss Liberty I could change my costume...but it wouldn't let me change my appearance.
Is this not allowed anymore?
Or do I have to actually go to an tailor shop for that?
