Does Spring Attack have a chance to crit on a scrapper?

The not-breaking-hide on a stalker thing is a byproduct of how all pseudopet powers interact with stalkers. If they got Freezing Rain, it wouldn't break hide either.
(Not sure about the scrapper answer, sorry.)
*ponders the possibilities of an ice melee stalker with freezing rain and freezing touch*

As for the scrapper, I don't think pseudopets can crit (lightning rod, water spout etc), I've never seen it anyway.
As far as I'm aware Spring Attack won't do any of the AT specific "coded into the power" effects.
In other words it won't Crit, do Containment Damage or Scourge.

Basically, the fact those powers can't is pretty much a bug, not a feature. But it really is a bug, and it will probably get fixed with all the due haste that Brute Cloak of Fear got (which was a mere thirteen issues).
