Not being awarded Tokens or Point

Just out curiosity, since freedom launched just recently and my renewal date is on the 30th am I supposed to still get my stipiden of points as a vip as well as my token or do I need to wait to the 14th when the last points were rewarded even though my renewal date is the 30th of last month?

The points for September were rewarded with the launch of Freedom. They were included in the bank of points up to that point.

With your renewal date being the 30th, you will recieve you next set of points on the 30th.

OK, so my billing date is the 3rd, so, as I understand it, I should have gotten my points and token today. (Just for confirmation, I received my last vet reward/badge on September 3rd.)

However, I've gotten neither so far today. Do we know if there is a certain time that they post?

They should be awarded at the exact time you started your account as far as I'm aware. My billing date is the 7th and I subscribed at around 4:15pm, I've noticed that it's usually around 4:15 or shortly after that things are awarded.

I was wondering the same thing as Frost Warden, as my date was also Today, Oct 3rd. However, my NCsoft billing summary list today's subscription payment already, and no points have been gained. (Though, the Once a month Transfer token kicked in on the 1st).

Do they bill you ASAP, then give you the points later in the day despite listing the payment already made? I suppose I'll find out in several hours. I wonder if misleading receipts causing me confusion will become a theme for me?

It appears that, due to the dates of the Head Start and such, no one will get points until October 11th.
This is according to a customer service response that another person received and shared:

Due to the launch of Head Start in the middle of September, the next Paragon Points rewards for VIP accounts have been pushed back to Oct. 11. Any accounts that received bonuses on Sept. 14 will need to wait until then, regardless of their monthly billing cycles.

Paragon Reward Tokens should continue to be granted based on total monthly activity for an account, including referrals and other bonuses granted in the past. This could cause this reward to be granted on an irregular schedule.

Yes, thanks for sharing as well. I was wondering if something went wrong last week. My billing date is the 28th of the month, and I did not see my stipend, although I did see my second character trasfer token. So a week tomorrow? I can live with that. Besides, I think I might take some of my birthday money and get some extra PP at the same time - see about getting another costume slot or two.
