If you look in your Master Account under Billing Info it should list all the dates you've been rewarded points. From what I understand if you got points on the 14th of September you got your next monthly stipend early.

As my renewal date was the 2nd, it would be really odd for me to have already gotten my points. This is one of those things that it would be very wise of the devs to straighten out now, and not later.

I did get 550 points on Sept 14th. I am just not sure why I would get my Oct points in Sept.

On September 14th the system tripped out and gave everyone(?) their next monthly stipend early. For some people that stipend came a couple of days early, for some people that stipend came a couple of weeks early, and for other people it came almost a whole month early.

I don't think it was the plan, it just happened. I'm interested to see what happens when the 14th of October rolls around.

Actually, I'm pretty sure that's not what happened at all. The exact post is in the Dev Digest, but the gist of it is everyone got it when Freedom launched on purpose.

Let's say your billing date is October 5.

1. Sever Transfers are awarded on the first of the month. (i.e. October 1)
2. Paragon Points are awarded on your billing date (i.e. October 5) - however, Freedom launch was frontloaded with extra PP, so if your account was active during launch, you got extra PP. Therefore, if your billing date is before October 11 (according to a GM), you won't get your PP until October 11
3. Paragon Reward Tokens are awarded at the end of your billing month (i.e. November 4)

Yes, this means that anyone whose billing date is October 1 through October 10, you won't get your PP until October 11.

Yes, that means the rewards are all on a different award date. Yes, that is kind of dumb.

I believe all vets that had earned enough vet rewards got the 550 for Sept. I know I did.

Not seeing a problem. CS/GM's doesn't work in the same office as Paragon Studios. If they get asked a question that they don't have an available answer to they have to forward it to the appropriate department where it gets put in a queue and wait for a response. Once an answer is ready it gets sent back to CS/GM's where it gets put in another queue and waits until the rep can get back in touch with the player.

All that takes time, especially when you consider the thousands of issues that get sent to them on a daily basis. So there's nothing unusual about them sending a generic response letting the player know his issue is still being worked on.
