Ouroboros Portal not working

FTP player here, but have up to tier 7 Paragon Rewards.

On all the characters I've tried so far, from level 37 to 50, when I cast an Ouroborus Portal I can't use it. No name appears above the portal as it used to either. I've tried other people's portals too and still nothing happens when I try to use one.

Is this something related to being a FTP player? Or is it a bug of some sort?

Try clicking on the 'star' part that is at about head height.

They moved the 'click' part to counter people blocking mission doors that were on the ground.

Working normally here, maybe it's a f2p issue? I got the O portal on 2 toons today and used it a lot.

Incidentally, the Oportal hasn't had a name above it since very shortly after its introduction. (It was a bug.)

On the same topic I think since this last update it kicks rogue/vigilante people off a normal team(what I've seen so far) I haven't tried and strike forces yet. But just today I was in hero side with a rogue alignment and as soon as I went to ouro it kicked me off BUT yesterday I was with a team also on hero side and had used ouro to get out of a place in peregine island and it was fine and was still on the same team of people.
