It doesn't work that way.
If you're MARTy-flagged, you won't get ANY drops. Not "bad" drops, not "won't fill your tray," not "none are DMG," just nothing.
And I don't think MARTy has any effect at all on ticket rolls.
The odds are extremely good -- bordering on certain -- that what you are describing is just normal random fluctuation and/or player perception.

Do you use HeroStats to track your drops, or keep any other logs?

MARTy isn't a list.
If you trigger MARTy, your rewards will be throttled for a certain amount of time, and after the throttle is finished your rewards are as normal. Yes, it is likely recording a log of it's activities for the Developers to look over, but you aren't on "a list".
MARTy doesn't keep affecting you after the throttling is ended unless you trigger it again and a new throttle is applied.
You really should look into how something works before you start trying to blame it for things it doesn't do.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I often try to take graystar's posts with a grain of salt. I think I'm going to have to look up what a lethal dose is, 'cause this may require considerably more than one grain.
-IF- you've triggered MARTy, it shuts down all your rewards for a period of time - not just selectively awarding you "crap". Getting vendor-trash quality drops is just random being random. And even if they aren't the valuable/useful ones... 6 purples over two weeks. Cry me a river. Life is so unfair to you.

There was a bug for a couple hours where people would get throttled as soon as they logged on (triggered by the XP bar filling up, LOL!) and the longest reported time was 10 minutes. (Keep in mind that MA maps have a variable ticket cap, but there is a system message when you're at the cap and you should have gotten tickets. That is separate from MARTy and has been around a long time.)

I think I must have triggered it somehow.
1) on my regular farm since i21 I have gotten 6 purples and Not one is typed DMG.
2) On the dreck map in a full run and they rez I cannot fill my tray anymore. EVEN WITH TEMPS (map set x8+2)
3) On my farms I have not gotten anything useful either. No LOTGS, no Numinas, No positrons, no Scrioccos, no oblits, nothing not one of any usefull type of dmg io recipie at all even once!!!!! NONE at all... Ill say it one more time NONE.
4) I run about 2 a day big dreck maps. Some times 3 or 4 half maps. Every day since i21 thats a lot of maps. ( this does not include regualr play)
a) i used to farm afk pvp ios but its been a year or two since then(maybe im flagged)
b) I used the monkey farm for a while but i didnt make it(maybe im flagged from that)
c) I market so i kind of have a lot of influ (maybe that flagged me)
Now i know some will say random is random but its been weeks now. I been playing 6+ years and this is more then a bad streak. I am not saying im not getting pool a,b,c and vr's im saying that all the ones i get are the same all immobs, holds, stuns, run speed, teleport, etc....
I have not gotten a typed dmg orange or purple recipie in weeks now that does not include AE
in ae i got one or two KInetic combats. ( only using silver rolls) after about 100,000 points of brinze and getting nothing i tried silver for about 30k points and i got some kinetic combats and some reactives.
So is there any way to know if i triggerd marty with they tell us? Or is the action it takes on auto? Is there a way to argue it if its triggerd? Is it even real? Or am i paranoid
