Veteran reward discrepancies.

Reopened my old issue, they re-closed that. Still no notice.
Opened a new issue, it disappeared, was there 2 days ago, gone today, just shows first one closed now.
Opened a third one now... will see if they delete that one too.


Kind of feels like they just put their fingers in their ears and go "LALALALALA" hoping we shut up or just quit...

Dev's With all the Great new content, Please!! dont forget to fix the bugs with the old content. There is a storm a brewing because they are not getting fixed. If its a problem that no one is reporting them? Well Maybe you need to look at your tech support then..

Support actually have been good to deal with in the past with my previous Vet reward concerns.
I just had to explain basic math once as one support person got 21+9 to 27 and not 30. But that worked out in the end when another person with actual math skills took over.


But on this issue, I've been getting bad vibes. GM Roland been nice, but not very helpful. The major annoyance actually comes from the inability to do something about it. They've had problems each time they done stuff with the vet reward system, and somehow thinking this will be 100% fool proof and leave out any way to fix problem just boggles my mind.

Hi all, our Accounts team has looked into the tickets, the reference numbers of which were PM'ed to me, and although they were set to Closed, they are still being dealt with. However they are unable to fix your accounts for the time being but will be getting in touch as soon as that's done. You should however have received an email from them before it was closed to let you know they were still looking into it, which doesn't seem to have been the case.

I've heard nothing about my ticket in 3 days, I haven't gotten my tokens that I was supposed to get on the 4th. I got my server transfer but no tokens . I pmd my ticket number to zwilliger but heard nothing back. Really..this is getting handled really badly.


40 50s so far.

Is there any time scale on this as I, and others, are also losing out on the 150 Paragon Points we should be getting each month for having tier 8 of the Rewards completed?

Is there any news on this?

Taking forever and no word at all.
Now i'm hearing rumors about the tier 9 being rotated out, and we can't get it...
And i would really like the missing paragon points to use in store as well.

I'm missing a bunch of paragon reward tokens. It was already like pulling teeth to get my veteran rewards sorted out, but credit where credit is due, they were by handy support personnel. If celestial armor is to be cycled out, I'd like an advance warning.

I received a response from GM Alura that, while all the tickets are being closed, they are still working on fixing it and haven't forgotten us.

So, yeah, they are working on it.

Well, seems they got a deadline of early 2012 to fix this, I REALLY hope its fixed before they rotate out the celestial armor pieces. Gonna be furious if i miss out on those due to their slowness to fix a bug.

Holy catnip, they fixed it...
Kind of.


I got 38 points now, but it's been 3 months so my total should be 41 now.
And i didn't get any paragon points that weren't given to me since i couldn't get tier 9 even tho i was supposed to be tier 9.
Another ticket in, will see.

I had pretty much written these off as a loss so Yay! Shinies! I'm on 41 points here, must quickly spend them in case it get broken again! If the community reps could pass my thanks to the tech team I would be grateful

got my vet tokens and the missing tier 9 bonus points.
They didn't bother adressing my request for compensation since its taken 3 months to fix this, but oh well.

Nice one, glad that it has been finally sorted out (insofar as you have got the rewards you are entitled to) but good grief it's taken a while hasn't it?

It's been a few weeks for me since the ticket was opened and looked into but no update as to when the vet badges would reward properly.

Veteran rewards -- fixed or working on ?? Don't look like either!!!!! All I asked for was my 6 yr vet badge and get we are the GM's and Dev's do that so talk to them. Well am talking DEV's. Fix please as us badgers like to see our awards. Badger - Blu J on Justice
