Online Backup(s) - Opinions on what is the best?

I have been doing some research on Online Backups.
Mozy
Carbonite
Dropbox
IDrive
GoDaddy

Needless to say.. there is a lot of choices.

So.. I am turning to the boards as I know there are many who are well versed in Computer Tech and have most likely experiences in this.

This will be for a small business as well as home (2 separate accounts).

Opinions all would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Cos

I've used Dropbox for a while; I got it originally to transfer files to & from my iPad (lots of apps interface directly with it) but I installed it on both my home and office PCs.

I'm not sure I'm ready to trust any online service as a permanent backup, but I no longer use a USB stick to transfer files between home & work or email files to myself. I don't know how the others services work, but Dropbox syncs a folder across any machine on the same account, so the stuff is actually sitting on my machines as well as the online account.

I use the free version, I get around 2Gb space on that.

Jagged,
Yeahhhh I was going to post it there, but .. it is gone.

I know a few really good tech people visit this forum as well and so I am hoping to tap their expertise and the opinions of those who just use different ones!

So.. I have built it.. let's hope they come!

Tymers,
That appears to be game related and I am not referring to anything game related in my questioning.

Just pure online back up related.

Thanks

I use Mozy for backing up photos. I had a friend that lost a hard drive and all the digital photos of his kids as they've grown up, and I didn't want that to happen to us. Almost all of our kid pictures are digital!

I think we have around 70GB of stuff backed up with Mozy. It updates every night. It also makes all the backups available anywhere you can log on to their site, which means I can get to the photos almost anywhere. The service has been reliable (we're in our second year). I can't remember what the price is, I want to say it's 10-15 bucks a month for up to 120GB, but for us it's like insurance: we're willing to pay on the off chance something happens because it would be horrible to lose those pictures.

Mozy is backed by EMC, so I feel like they aren't amateurs when it comes to storage.
