Resistance Armor no longer glowing?
This is just a guess but I think you need to turn on ultra mode.
My graphical settings are maxed. Also, they seem to glow in some areas, but not in others. Must be a bug o.o

Well, my old computer never had any of the parts glowing, even when the graphics were jacked up to Ultra, but after getting a new (and better) laptop, they now glow by just setting it to Detailed.
It only glows noticeably in dim/dark lit conditions, but it's still working for me, anyway.

If you chose dark colors for them or are in bright daylight, they will not have the appearance of glowing.
Think of it more as 'glow in the dark'.

There are certain colours in the palette that will cause a better "glow effect" and usually it 's the 3 colors from the middle left of each color selection that will yeild the best results and generally if the metal is darker coloured.
But it does work.
Thanks for the replies everyone, that is indeed the case. Only glow in the dark, which is nice really.

I can't find any other discussions about this subject so I thought I would ask my question on this thread. When I try to make a new character or change costumes of an old one the resistance armor, shoulder armor, and chest armor does not give the option to add a second color to them. ie. make them glow. I can choose a prime color to the pieces but the secondary options are grey'ed out and can not be clicked or scrolled for choices. Did they discontinue the glowing effect? I've never made the glowing effect and saw it in the forums and wanted to try. Thank you.

Possible work around: Click the button to link all costume piece colors and pick the primary/secondary colors you want for your shoulders. Then deselect that and fix the color for your other parts if you need too.
And put in a bug report.

Thank you for your helps
edit- It did not work so I sent a bug report. Thanks again
Been some time since I have played, since right after GR actually. I notice my resistance gloves and shoulders are no longer glowing. Is this a known bug or some kind of intentional change?
Thanks for any replies.
