Are you using the new updater? The old one is no longer supported.

Hi Wrong_Number, you can get the NCsoft Launcher here.
You guys should really put some sort of notice on the old launcher linking people to the knew one. Not everyone is going to read the forums. Especially new players that just go out and buy the game from a store or from a game site.
Friends don't let friends buy an ncsoft controlled project.
