Woo hoo! It's today!
Just a few short hours until crazy lowbies are running through the Hollows and Rogue Isles trying to avoid detection by purple mobs all in the name of money and recipes! Following that, a raid on the Rikti Mothership with a bounty on the big boss. We hope you all make it out for the fun with the Justice Superteamers.
We'll be monitoring the thread and online early if you have any questions about the activities. Otherwise, show at Wincott in the Hollows by 8:30pm EDT/5:30pm PDT.

Current Project - Water Blast Superteam starting Friday, 7/20/2012.
Come out and join us Fri/Sun 8pm ET on the "Justice Superteamers" channel.
All players welcome!
I, for one, am looking forward to seeing level 1 blasters and doms run like Forrest Gump
Someone brought up some good questions on the Superteamer's channel and I thought they deserved to be repeated here.
Sprint is allowed
So is secondary mutation. If someone does get increased movement speed, it's only 15%. I don't see that as a significant advantage.
It was also asked if you had to be level 1 when you finished the race. I suppose it is possible for a blaster to get enough xp by killing a mob. Personally, I would be impressed if someone did manage to level. However, the challenge of this race is to do it at level 1. I would also consider the tier 3 inspiration bonus from leveling to be a unfair advantage. So you have to start as a level 1 and finish as a level 1.
Return to battle will also not be allowed because the level up bonus would be an unfair advantage.
Mystic Fortune will also not be allowed because the fool offers a significant movement speed increase.
The commuter day job is also allowed. It only offers a 10% run speed buff. Not a huge advantage.

The Hollows race was a real nailbiter. The person in the lead ( I think it was Dr Whoof) died feet from the finish line. Didn't even place. We had to give him a consolation prize for his efforts.
The first ship raid was epic. While we were busy calling not i-, I mean deciding who was going to lead the raid, the raid hit critical mass and the pylons starting falling. There was enough interest for a second raid and arafel did a great job of leading that one.
Overall, this was a great event and I want to thank everybody that took the time to show up. The Justice community is one of the best ones that I've ever experienced in an MMO. Thanks for coming out everybody and making this a truly memorable event!

And after the ship raid, we hand an impromptu costume contest in the shooting range of RWZ, another 175mil influence left our pockets and enriched the wonderful folks of Justice. Sorry, I can't remember the winners at the moment.
Come join us on 9/9 in Preatoria for the kick off of our next group, a darkness themed group. More inforamtion can be found here http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=266770
Hope to see you all there.
PC (aka Particle Combat)
@Rock Flash
Guardian is my home server, but will play for fun anywhere
Part 2 of the event is tonight (Sunday, Aug 28). Bring your teleporters for the dead body race starting at Ms Liberty.
Afterword, we'll be running MoLambdas from the Midnighter Club. In the unlikely event that someone has a level 50 incarnate without access, speak up in the "Justice Superteamers" channel. I have a character with the "Latin Student" mission ready to go--we'll get you in.
Quote of the moment: This, too, shall pass.
Justice superteamers: We have a website now, in case the forums get closed early. If you've ever run with us, come visit us again before the curtain falls. We're running bucket list characters--anything you've always wanted to play but never got around to.

2nd place-Tubbius, who rocked the Santa suit. Honestly, I couldn't stop thinking of the Santa from Futurama.
3rd place-ConflaGREATone (apologies if I didn't spell that right) who brought the hawtness.

Thanks again for organizing the MoLambda runs! I've been trying to get these badges for a while now and it was nice to get on a league for it that went so smoothly.
Great job everyone!
Allyriah - 50 Ice/Ice Blaster
Cyrrena - 50 Sonic/Dark Corr
Ally Stryke - 50 Inv/SS Tank
and so many more...
Sunday's events continued the fun. I happened to be the dead body on the winning team (led by none other than the notorious LSK) and chuckled to myself when I was teleported just a little too far from a badge or zone exit. There was mass chaos, but that's part of the fun.
We finished up with great success on our MoLambda runs, as Allyriah alluded to. We had such good turnout that some of our JST mates agreed to sit out to allow room for our guests. We ran 3 times. Each one went like clockwork and got all the badges we tried for. Great organization, listening (which oftens dooms these runs), and execution. A shiny new badge "Master of Lambda" badge for all, and I got a Very Rare on the final run to complete my tier 4 Lore to boot.
We really had a great time hosting these events and I consider them a great success. Many thanks to the members of the Justice community that came out and participated. You really made these events fun and we hope to see you again. I also want to thanks my colleagues on the "Justice Superteamers", especially EF, for putting the work and prizes in for a high quality set of events. I really enjoyed myself.
Although another MoLambda run may happen, but I think the final thoughts for this coming weekend were to try to make some Keyes runs. Several members of the Mo runs had never run it due to the dearth of opportunities. We figured we would give it a go. I hear it's much harder and longer than the others, but that should only make it more attractive since we run +4/x8 ITFs for fun and challenge. I doubt these will be Master runs, but anyone is welcome to join us Friday or Sunday at 8pm EDT. Join channel "Justice Superteamers" for easiest communication.
The the week after that on Friday, 9/9, it's on to our next project, the Darkness Superteam. This will be our 7th project since we kicked off the first (all TA/ defenders) on Friday the 13th of Feb, 2009. Come join us then.

Personally, I'd love to get the Loves a Challenge badge. I've run Keyes before and although it was challenging, I really enjoyed it. In order to succeed, you really have to pay attention and be aware of your surroundings.
