Well, I've looked only at the first two on your list. In short, I think that you should post them in the archetype-specific forums, and break them out into separate posts. Use one of the forum export options, so that people can see them, too.

The first one I looked at had a bunch of expensive PVP IOs, but seemingly no reason for them. On a Dominator, going for Recharge is usually best, but the PVP IOs don't give you a lot of that, especially when you have multiple sets of them. You could probably make a better character with a lot less money.

On the Kin/Energy Stalker, I wasn't sure what direction you were going with that, since it's mostly just basic IOs. It'll work, but isn't all that great. Just noticed that you have no Acc slotting in your attacks. That's going to hurt you a lot. 4 Damage IOs is well past the Enhancement Diversification cutoffs, so you're getting very little return on that fourth damage IO. Replace them with an Acc.

I probably could, yes. However, you've got several different characters there. I'd advise you to check out the various sub-forums, and look at builds that others have posted.

I've looked over all of your builds, and most of them just seem to have random sets and powers for random reasons. So I'm not sure if you even know what you're trying to go for. Without that kind of information, I'm not going to just hand you a build. Do a little bit of research, and you can probably come up with better builds on your own. If you want, pick ONE of the ones you posted, and I'll work on it and post what I make. But not all of them.

I only clicked on the first one, and I'll just say it's not a good build. There is simply too much info to talk about and the builds would be better discussed on the respective AT forum. Posting like this is like showing 300 pieces of data and then going, "What do you think?" Since there is too much info to weed through, I will cover a fraction of what's wrong with the one I clicked on.

You took Spore Burst and four slotted it with Hibernation which offers poor set bonuses. All the more so when factoring in Fly Trap being 1-2 slots away from giving you 3.75% def to AoE and Range.

You also slotted Spirit Tree with 4 DW when you want it 5 slotted for the 5% recharge bonus.

I can't even say this is a as expensive as it can be build for the sake of adding the highest end slotting regardless of it being the right thing to do, see Spore Burst slotting. It's more like slotting via abstract art. There simply seems to be no goal besides adding in a lot of high priced IOs because they are cool.

Ciclone X is my biggest priority right now, then oO Spore Oo, and after that Spinox. so please do Ciclone X

Feel free to re-arange Ciclone's Slots, or powers if necacery, just not the power sets pls

I don't want to sound rude or anything, but why can't you just play the characters and figure them out yourself? Mids is cool and all, but you'll never know how it performs until you actually get down n' dirty and play the character.

However I can comment on a few things with this build. You didn't take Build Up OR Aim. Those powers are a Blasters best friends. You also have a lot of travel powers picked for seemingly no reason at all. Why slot hover with fly speed? You already have fly; hover should be slotted for defense or endurance. Your teleportation powers have no extra slots, almost like they were just filler powers.

As others have said, I'd highly suggest going and asking in the Archetype specific forums and asking for help. Especially for this blaster build... I'm sorry, but it really isn't very good. The enhancement sets are just random and all over the place. :/

Got Inf?

But they cost a lot of inf and there are other ppl out ther who know how good they are and about the slotts on teleport, those were so i could get a good set bonus

Saw the build you PM'd me earlier. I'll tweak it tomorrow at work, if that's alright. My main question is: what do you want to go for? Defense, Recharge, Damage, what? What is the main thing that you want to overcome with this build.

My other question is, what powers can be done away with, and what powers must be kept? For instance, is there a reason that you have two travel powers? Are you set on an ancillary pool at all?

Things like that can help me make YOUR build a bit better, but still keep it your build.

Just because it's expensive doesn't mean it's better...

I'll have to echo the others who have asked specifics about what you want out of the builds. Stating good/balanced/all-around doesn't quite cut it as there are a gajillion different ways to build a character in this game (compounded by the fact that all of us on the forums have different build methods).

You won't really know the specifics yourself until you play that character a bit or have considerable knowledge of powers and game mechanics.

Let's take your blaster (no, I have not looked at the build), for example. Would you like a 'glass cannon' type of build, which is basically lots of recharge so your big hitters come back quicker? A blapper, which is a blaster that likes to use the melee attacks from its secondary - a build that has a mix of recharge and s/l defense? Or perhaps a hoverblaster build, which focuses on building up range defense while using hover while also having a considerable amount of extra recharge? Those are just a few possibilities and each is geared towards different playstyles.

It's important for you to figure out which playstyle is best suited for you and go from there. We are all down to help you out, but I don't think any of us wants to give you anything that you could find yourself unhappy with once you start actually playing it.

Yeah, this helps me not at all. What do you consider "balanced"? Do you just mean in terms of primary/secondary powers? Or do you want it to be able to do anything and everything?

What do you plan on using this character for? What is your general playstyle with him/her? Basically, give me some sort of direction to go with.

Is your build okay? Sure! Could it be made better? Definitely! Do I just want to throw random IOs on him and give him to you saying that he's been improved? No.

Understood. Doesn't make it any easier for me to work it for him, though. I mean, let's say that I give him a build that is soft-capped to range, or something like that. But he doesn't care about defense, he just wants to shoot stuff fast. Recharge would have been better for him, and I could have built that way, had I known.

Basically, if I'm going to pimp out his ride, I'd like to know that he has an aversion to the color red before I paint it.

I want to be able to do anything, but i would lean toward lots of damage and recharge, but i would like to have some defense, i dont want to be made of glass if you get what i mean, so i want to do damage from affar and up close, but i want to have a little defense for 1 of the builds. so, for build number 1 does a lot of damage upclose and far away and recharge, build number 2 is really tough but can do close range damage and some recharge. ok?

Okay, here is the ranged/melee damage build. High on recharge (71.3% when Hasten is down, 141% when it's up), but low on defenses. Let me know what you think. Any other forum-goer is welcome to improve upon it as well, as I'm not as familiar with Blasters.

You haven't specified how much Inf you have to pay for the enhancements you'll need for any build that Aett_Thorn comes up with. What's your budget? Should Aett spend the time to make a multi-hundreds of millions or even a multi-billion Inf build when you only have 5 million?

Eh, I'm not too worried about that. Unless they specify, I generally don't include any purples, and try to limit the number of high-influence IOs that I use. Sure, some recipes are fairly expensive, but most aren't worth 2 billion. I generally assume that people will work on the builds over time, and will be able to get there without too much farming.
