Did those ever exist? I don't remember any of them, and I thought I knew the game pretty well. ^_^

I'm pretty sure that the Cone Range was straight out replaced with Range and the same with End drain and End recovery being replaced with End Mod.
Wiki Patch notes:
"Existing Endurance Drain and Endurance Recovery enhancements will be converted to the new Endurance Modification enhancements."
So yeah, the separate Endurance Drain and Endurance Recovery no longer exist in the game. I'm pretty sure the same was done to cone range as well.
I don't ever recall seeing seperate team defense and self defense, and I don't think Conceal inspirations ever made it to the live server, just like the Black Market and Wentworth Inspirations.

edit 2: Well, at least one Conceal inspiration ended up on the live server, because there was a sale of one for 1 billion back in March.

If it actually works, I could see a Conceal inspiration as actually being useful. If don't want to slot for full PvE invisibility but want to stealth a mission you could just pop one and rush through.
I don't remember Team and Self defense. On one hand I've been here since June 2004, on the other hand my memory is ever more flawed.
I remember cone range and end recovery.
(If only they'd do something about phase enhancements. What powers do those WORK in?)

(And of course they affect magnitude, not duration, what would possibly make anyone think otherwise?)

Iron Will: Resist Effects
Greatly boosts your resistance to immobilization, sleep, disorient and hold effects for 240 seconds. Must be used before you are slept, held or disoriented, but can be used after being immobilized. (Replaced by Sheer Willpower.)
I collect also. These were hard enough to find. There are no other inspirations left in game that still exist but do not drop.
Conceal was never put in game. As well as The Wentworth's/Black Market inspirations are not implemented, having been replaced by the Consignment House Transporter/Black Market Transporter temporary powers.

Ran across a lvl 54 Natural origin Damage SO a week back, but it wasn't up for grabs.
Haven't recieved any word of people having such things from here yet. Still hoping. Tempted with those Iron Wills. Will consider it.

I just logged into a character that had 2388 days offline and found no hidden gems to make me rich -- just a couple l10 end mod TOs.
I am searching for the following types of items:
- Cone Range Enhancement
- Endurance Drain Enhancement
- Endurance Recovery Enhancement
- Team Defense Enhancement
- Self Defense Enhancement
- Level 10 Hamidon Enhancements
- Conceal Inspirations
