Stealth (Concealment) + Celerity (Sprint)?

I've got Stealth from the Concealment power pool. No other stealth powers. If I put a Celerity Stealth IO into Sprint, will this stack with the power pool Stealth?

Stacking Stealth

All stealth powers stack with one exception: Toggle powers whose primary purpose is stealth.

So, for example, if a character has Stealth from the Concealment Power Pool toggled on, and then toggle on Shadow Fall, then Concealment's Stealth will automatically toggle off. This is because both powers have a main focus of granting stealth radius.

This does not include powers which have a bonus stealth component, such as Super Speed or a a Stealth IO. So, for example, if a character has Concealment's Stealth toggled on (35 feet of Stealth in PvE) and then turns on Super Speed (35 feet) and turns on Sprint with a Stealth IO slotted into it (30 feet), then all three will remain on, for 100 feet of total stealth radius.

Yes. It stacks.

For PvE, this will allow you to cruise right on by a lot of stuff, but not everything.
Some mobs (Rikti Drones, Rularuu Eyeballs, Knives of Artemis, etc.) will see you
even then... In some cases (turrets) it's because they have a higher base perception
and in others (Rikti Drones), stealth is simply ignored.

In general though, it's a nice and effective combination for PvE.

In PvP? No... Only newbs will be unable to see you - everyone else will still
be lining you up as rep-bait. For 99.5% of the population though, this is a
non-issue...

To clarify, Stealth + Celerity grants you 65ft stealth radius. The only critters with a higher base perception are Turrets (100ft), Giant Monsters (100ft), and Snipers (149ft). Some critters (Rikti Drones, Rularuu Eyeballs, Knives of Artemis) ignore stealth, but do not have increased perception. A few critters (Vanguard Sword, some Longbow and Paragon Police bosses) have increased perception (but I'm not sure exactly how much Vanguard Sword has, so I can't say if 65ft is enough or not)

I've also seen RIP (I forget which rank) use Tactics, which would increase the perception of all nearby allies, assuming they have the same version players do.

Just a couple of other tips on this, first you can also put a stealth IO in a veteran sprint power (if you have one). This lets you slot Sprint for moving and the vet sprint for stealth, if say you just use Ninja Run for movement. Only one stealth IO of ANY kind per build, though, so a Run one prevents you also slotting a Teleport one, for example.

Secondly, sprint and its vet companions will also take the Jump stealth IO, which is often cheaper then the Celerity one if you are buying it.
