I sooo want to see this movie!

Hmmm, they realized they should stop the Shrek movies two movies too late, so now they're mining Puss in Boots.
Part of me wonders how realistically they'll have Puss be fighting things in this movie, but he can be an entertaining character. Trailer didn't seem as bad as the fourth Shrek one hit me, so hopefully this will have something good to it. I really do like the first two Shrek movies.

I really disliked Shrek, but it did have a few genuinely funny moments. (Smashing the mirror as a threat, for instance.) Puss In Boots looks to be about the same. Good idea to play off of Banderas' Zorro persona.

I do recall hearing about it before even Shrek 3 was out..
So its not like they went "oh no, we're out of Shrek, lets milk Puss in Boots!" They were planning on milking him well before then xD.
