The LotG is +Recharge, not +Accuracy.
Miracle +Recovery, Numina +Regen/+Recovery are a couple others.

Not sure what the purpose of the question is, but look at the kinetic combat dam/end. This is a 1 hero merit or 125 ? normal merit drop, so you can get 2 for the price of a LotG, the triple sells for similar money but is a 2 HM/200+ merit drop.

I was just curious as to what the most expensive recipes are.
Might buy them with merits,then sell them. Might buy them and slot them. But just curious in general.
There are some occasionally-expensive ones at level 30: Cloud Senses, Basilisk's, Shield Breaker and the like. I think those are just really low supply, so demand is highly variable.
