You said "no one", not the specific villain in this situation 
You were claiming that brutalizing one villain will deter other villains from doing the same thing - it won't

I would defeat my nemesis. for i am a hero of the city and of the world...the needs of the many out way the needs of the few..even if your the few...(Batman for example) even tho im a villain at heart this would be my hero alt's saying...though the decision would not be a easy one to do..even if the choice was easy to make. If your a truly great hero, you marry the heroine in secret, so when the villian kidnaps her she can rescue herself...
