Global Merger, AE Problem
Is republishing not working because your arcs have run afoul of the new "improved" (read: bugged) copyright/profanity filter? If they have, they're probably unplayable anyway right now.

Thanks Forbs, shoulda done that from the get go...
Still, I can't be the only one to run foul of this. And no, republishing is possible, but it doesn't change the author tag.
GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

D'you know how much ammo I had to cart along in that thing?
Over NINE THOUSAAAAND!

Fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it.
So if someone plays your arc, do you get the tickets and comments or does the person who stole your global get them?
Edit: I was going to start the arc in your sig to see if you'd at least get the comments, but it won't start. It might have run afoul of the filter. There is another arc published under the global @TechbotALPHA (Crown of Iron, Heart of Steel Part1), so it worked for that one at least.

When I had an active EU account, I had the global name @Arachnos Commander there as well as @Arachnos Commander on the NA server. When I published my arc (cheap plug: Revelations; arc #1007) both my EU and NA accounts got credit for the votes. So if someone on the EU server voted for my arc, I got tickets on my EU account. If someone on the NA server voted, I got tickets on my NA account. The only way it stopped was when I sent in the arc to Dr. Aeon and he reuploaded it (because it was a dev's choice) and instead of adding the @Arachnos Commander to the publisher section, he added Arachnos Commander (without the @ symbol.)
With taking that into consideration, I wonder how many people were earning tickets from never publishing an arc just by having the same global name as someone that did publish?
pohsyb: so of all people you must be most excited about the veats
Arachnos Commander: actually, I am
pohsyb: I mean you kinda were one already anyways ^_^
Arachnos Commander:
Hello everyone,
I've passed on your questions, and we hope to have a better answer for you as soon as possible. We're very sorry for the confusion.

My arcs are still saved under my old Author name; @Techbot ALPHA
Now that my name was forced to change (@TechbotALPHA, yay for inactive accounts stealing my space...), the author tag hasn't changed along with it. Republishing doesn't work either.
Those are my arcs. I will be VERY annoyed if someone else start getting credit for something I put a lot of effort and creativity into
Fix this, please.
