Obligatory "I survived the 13.5 hour downtime thread"
Yeah, I was there the whole stretch. Didn't talk much as it was apparently nearly futile. Besides, I didn't really have any /burning/ questions to ask.
Primary annoyances? The PVP crowd spamming useless PVP questions.

One or two people posting the same question (that they'd already been told several times that the people on the stream couldn't answer) everytime their chat cooldown was up was more what I saw.
And that chat cooldown was one of the primary annoyance from last night, mainly when combined with my long ingrained CoH habit of hitting <Enter> before trying to chat, which instantly led to a 60 second wait before I could type anything I may have wanted to say...
And let's not mention the rather odd sensation of seeing answers appear in chat before the transatlantically delayed video stream actually asked the question for the quizzes. I gave up on the quizzes after the second time it happened.

I want to thank everyone who came out and a special thank you to the people who stuck around for our entire broadcast. I love getting to interact with the City of Heroes community. When I got on camera I had no idea what we were going to do. Beastyle and I just didnt want to let there be down time. It was all of you who asked questions and played along with us that really made the Hijack fun.
Thanks once again for coming out.

I survived as well.
Didn't get to post much thanks to issues with the ustream chat, but I got to watch the video and the chat at least.

Also, his name is Operative FancyPants
Zwillinger became a raging ban-monster near the end - when someone used colorful language to express unhappines at the server downtime, Zwillinger destroyed him with a single click

Chiming in here, I know I got a couple of questions answered and made a couple people laugh. I thought Tunnel Rat's topics were really interesting.
I really loved hearing what ATs they liked best. I'm with Melissa - defenders are my favorite AT even though I main a scrapper.

My morning started bright and early. I went to Denny's and had breakfast...they have bacon sundaes on their menu..vanilla ice cream drenched with maple syrup and sprinkled with bacon...I was not brave enough to try it. I went to Best Buy and got a new charger for my Iphone as my kitten had chewed mine to death..must have tasted like a kitty treat, Barnes and Noble for a few books, then came home and settled down to listen to the Ustream. I really enjoyed seeing the red names in the flesh
Only sad panda moment I had was when I got too sleepy to play when the servers finally came up.
Lisa-Glad everything worked out.

I'm so glad that the down time happened on a day that I couldn't look up from my work. But, I'm not so glad that Facebook is filtered out so I wasn't able to enjoy the community antics. But thanks a lot for the Awesome Job you all do day in and day out.... Hip..Hip.. Hooray for another good day!
Time to go smash something.
