Fix this bug where I cannot issues commands to my minions. Fix the bug where if i try to desummon my minions they are still there.

Bug: When zoning with Henchmen or entering a mission with Henchmen or Exiting a mission with henchmen upon rezoning where your intended destination is you cannot issue commands to your henchmen. You also cannot dismiss them either. It's annoying and is a repeat of a bug that used to happen back in the day and was supposedly fixed but you broke it again.


Temp Solution: Dont Zone with pets.

Quality of Life factor issue: Its really annoying having to ressumon pets everytime i zone into a mission. Barely got endurance left. Then have to rebuff them all again and run out of endurance again.... Thermal shields on a Mastermind already cost way too much to use in the first place then your empowerment buffs for your henchmen cost way too much this slows down my mission pace dramatically. Fix the bug so that my pets do what they are supposed to do when i tell them to do it thanks.

Don't dismiss when that bug occurs. Use /releasepets.

Eh, its a side effect from MMs pets not unsummoning when zoning. Sometimes they get stuck.. It happens. just bind /release_pets to a key, and call it a day.

Ehh No its a pain in the ____. and /releasepets is not a fix its a band aid. When I zone into a mission and while everyone else is rushing forward to attack while I am lagging behind while I /releasepets to desummon and then have to resummon and equip all of them. Its not convenient and its not acceptable. LOL

Years ago every time an MM went from one zone to another or zoned into a mission they had to resummon and equip all their minions. And the other players hated waiting while we did it. SUPPOSEDLY they fixed that so all pets could follow you anywhere. Ones with short lives simply despawned when their time was up. The current.. OPPS my Pets are all stuck at the entrance! we have now is a BUG and one that needs to be fixed. When that will happen...sorry Skorp I haven't a clue. It took forever to get them to fix it so we didnt have to resummon constantly. SIGHS Until then sadly /releasepets is our only recourse.

Please don't consider this temp solution! As it stands now, my pets occasionally get stuck when zoning. I have to /releasepets and resummon. But I can go hours without my pets getting stuck. Eliminating pet zoning until a bug fix would be far worse. Instead of resummoning every few missions, we'd all have to resummon and rebuff every time.

Nah M8 i was just simply saying as Heads up to avoid all that Nonsense for me i just dont zone with pets. I agree it needs fixing asap but if i know COX like I think I do i wont be holding my breath waiting.

Mm's are a fairly popular archetype too, going by forum post counts.

Sadly this seems to be true, our favorite archetype has suffered from massive ai bugs, retarded fixes that nerfed the class badly (no pet recharge for example), hideous balance issues across the set in general, and feature requests that seem to never get any attention. Its pretty rare to see a Dev post here, I've maybe seen it once or twice in some 50 months of sub time.

in terms of significance this issue is imo far below the pita it is when you issue commands like go to or stay and these aholes(which is what i tend to call them while screaming) run off anyways getting killed, aggroing other groups of enemies and it just really ticks me off! WThF devs
