Krazy Mark and his House of Bargains

Okay, I was hitting random pages in Paragon Wiki, and learned about Krazy Mark's House of Bargains!!!. (http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Krazy_Mark) I was curious, so I went off to St. Martial to go see this proprietor of fine goods, but I was disappointed to find the store there but no Krazy Mark.

Is he gone? Is he only there sometimes? Please tell me he hasn't been carried off by the wailers!

Does my heart good to see people caring about some of the older well-written lore.

I also don't remember Krazy Mark ever being there, although I was never too attentive to St. Martial. Nerva had my eye 90% of the time that I played CoV.

I've seen the store, but never Mark out front. IIRC, he does have a Tip mission, though, so clearly, he's still around. Perhaps he went underground?

There's barely anything written about Krazy Mark and his store.

61866 - A Series of Unfortunate Kidnappings - More than a coincidence?
2260 - The Burning of Hearts - A green-eyed monster holds the match.
379248 - The Spider Without Fangs - NEW - Some lessons learned (more or less.)

When they added the in game ad program many of the signs were switched to be more random and that was probably just one of them.

I'm standing in front of the store right now, and Mark's there, sitting on his box.

A lot of static NPC spawns aren't 100% guaranteed to happen, including the dummies in the Rikti War Zone. Boy does that drive me nuts.

Issue 16 made me feel like this.

Checking out the other NPCs, Null the Gull looks cool. Was there ever any story to it?

All that we know is that Zwillinger cruelly took him from us, his plots are most fowl.

If they really considered this game a "story-telling medium", this is how it would be: just a bunch of interesting little places and people sitting there as background for people to tell their own stories against.

That Zwillinger... always giving people the bird (or not as the case may be)

We know that in this story, Avatea is like a mother hen, having blessed us with the presence of Null the Gull.
