I ran it about two weeks ago, and it was still broken.

All this aside, it's hard to find people to run them anyway because shards and notices are pretty much out of style these days.
Wow, I might actually get some use out of Shinobu Eden, my made-to-run-Eden-Trial character.
I made her last Summer. We ran Eden Trial once with her, and my friends decided that, on reflection, they really didn't like the Eden Trial anyway. So we haven't run one since. 
But yeah, I really wish they'd fix that.
Ran Moonfire last week. We run that one fairly often.

Also as a general note the WSTs have been trending to lower levels recently (April and May between them have one week that had a level 50 WST). I suspect that the devs are doing that deliberately. Since most level 50s are running the trials the WST is currently being run largely by lower level characters so making it more accessible level-wise means it gets run more.

The Weekly Strike Target list has been updated for the month of May 2011, and among them is the Eden Trial.
Does this mean that the Eden Trial has finally been fixed and anyone level 39 or above can start it, or will absolutely no one be doing the WST the week of May 17th through the 23rd, since last time I checked you still had to have a level 39 to level 41 toon to start it?
