I'm sure no sort of elaboration happened, in terms of what he felt were the issues that deserved most attention and what the priority was?
I would still love to see uninterrupted form shifts on my tri-form Shade, there's nothing worse than going into Dwarf or Nova and being hit with a stun while you're trying to change over. A higher damage cap and longer duration on Mires paired with inherent defense wouldn't be too bad, either.

Its better than no acknowledgement at all, but not as good as an actual dialogue, which we desperately need. I don't see it happening anytime soon though.

Khledians share the same situation as the PVP side of COX in my opinion. That is, there are not enough people playing Khelds/PVP for the devs to spend resources on fixing issues for the AT or that part of the game. So just like the PVP playerbase, providing suggestions (even some of the well though out, fact supported ones in these forums) for kheldians fall on deaf ears.

You'd think but actually I'd expect thanks to supressionsville, nova form slotted for range could theoretically be a good hoverblasting harrasser in the zones... if only you could run toggles in your forms so you'd have perception from Tactics to be able to see anyone who wasn't a badger or lost pve'er from that far away in the first place.

Speaking of Kheldian power bugs, I've been working on leveling up my all human PB and I noticed that about 50-60% of the time, the animations for radiant and incandescent strike just.. don't play. I mean, the sound effect happens, and the damage works normally, but I don't move at all. It's extremely annoying and I do not like it one bit.
