Can anyone provide a link to Black Scorpion even mentioning that he planned to look at Khelds at some point in chat? I watched the U-Stream and didn't hear this at any point. Thanks!

I'm sure no sort of elaboration happened, in terms of what he felt were the issues that deserved most attention and what the priority was?

I would still love to see uninterrupted form shifts on my tri-form Shade, there's nothing worse than going into Dwarf or Nova and being hit with a stun while you're trying to change over. A higher damage cap and longer duration on Mires paired with inherent defense wouldn't be too bad, either.

No, it was mostly a "Get them to pipe down about it" statement because there were a couple of us there asking about khelds...a bunch...So he mentioned we were on the list to be looked at, time permitting.

Its better than no acknowledgement at all, but not as good as an actual dialogue, which we desperately need. I don't see it happening anytime soon though.

You'd think but actually I'd expect thanks to supressionsville, nova form slotted for range could theoretically be a good hoverblasting harrasser in the zones... if only you could run toggles in your forms so you'd have perception from Tactics to be able to see anyone who wasn't a badger or lost pve'er from that far away in the first place.

Rectified Reticle: Increased Perception goes very nicely in Nova for just that reason.

Speaking of Kheldian power bugs, I've been working on leveling up my all human PB and I noticed that about 50-60% of the time, the animations for radiant and incandescent strike just.. don't play. I mean, the sound effect happens, and the damage works normally, but I don't move at all. It's extremely annoying and I do not like it one bit.

I've seen this before. I get the spectacular glowing fists and all the other effects but my character doesn't even twitch.
