About Interface slot, does it get better?

So, I unlocked my Interface today, crafted and slotted my first and then upgraded to the second tier along the core path of Reactive, to say the least, I was giddy since I was playing my lethal-only-damage dealing katana scrapper, which many know is the most highly resisted damage type out there as well as most highly resisted.
Anyway though, So I decided to break out a Mark III Power analyzer to see just how much I debuff my target's resistances.
After mashing buttons and keeping a close eye on my target's resistance attribute I found out I was debuffing my foe's resistance for an awesome 2.5%!!!!
Wait, what?
Okay, so it also stacks on itself for up to, I think at the VERY most, up to -10% and it left me wondering: Will this debuff improve in either duration or strength as I unlock the final tiers? And are all the Interface debuffs this tragically laughable?

It gets easier to stack the higher up you go, I believe the limit is -25% damage resistance oh, to be fair I'd recommend going the 50% chance of dam res, 25% chance of fire Dot.

The Fire DoT actually really adds a lot to damage.

Well, combined with the Achilles heel proc I have in 80% of my attacks, that should do very nicely, and i'll keep that advice in mind.

I stack it with Poisonous Ray and deal psi and toxic damage -- so for me, it's awesome.
Trust me, considering how much easier my achilles heel proc can help me deal with crunchier foes, I'm sure being able to get up to -45% resistance will be a god-send to even out playing fields.

It also stacks up faster and better if you have a damage aura. I think most people take that interface for the DOT as much (if not more than) for the debuff.

I crafted it up to t3 today. I already have Grav t4, but want some variety.

I see, and I know what you mean about the variety, I have this morbid, masochistic goal of planning to craft all the Interface choices, or at least get one of each tier four branch. Since my character and his daughter are super blacksmiths, it would make sense for him to keep a bunch of different swords on hand.

On another note, I'd like to ask if anyone knows specific mechanics to the procs of Interface. Is it similar to Achilles heel where it technically is a 'grant power', which also technically makes them irresistable?

Lethal is not the most highly resisted damage type, or even the most highly resisted damage type. Psi has that distinction, as anything that's dead, undead or robotic (save the Primal Clockwork) is resistant to it, and resistant by a LOT, not to mention anything which is psychic in nature. And in the IDF, you have lots of robots and lots of psychics.

Psi Blast for Blasters has the benefit of fairly heavy damage to fight resistance by sheer brute force, as well as a select few attacks that deal physical damage, as well, but fighting a great many of the game's adversaries with Psi is a SORRY experience, far more so than using Katana or Broadsword, though probably on the same level as Assault Rifle.

Sigh....

Between the DoT and the -resist, this power you're calling tragically laughable is one of the top tier powers released in Issue 20. Is it as flashy as Judgment? No. But it's adding that damage constantly, consistently.

The City of Heroes Community is a special one and I will always look fondly on my times arguing, discussing and playing with you all. Thanks and thanks to the developers for a special experience.

I think the OP meant S/L is the most commonly resisted damage type

Who do I have to *&^% around here to get more Targeted AoE recipes added?
