Reactive Not affecting MM pets

Heya, MM player here. I got my interface slot unlocked a few days ago. I promptly constructed the interface enhancement for the slot, and slotted it after the TF was over. Upon doing so, I noticed that my ninjas didnt get a buff icon like they do with the alpha slot. I immediately tried unsummoning and resummoning them with no change. Then I changed zones, unslotted the power, changed zones again, reslotted, and still nothing. I've even constructed the T2 upgrade and slotted it. No change.

What I DONT know, is if the ninjas are affected by the reactive anyway, but just dont have a buff icon. All I know is that the icon isnt there.

You can know if your reactive works by defeating all but one boss in a group and use power analzyer on the boss, then attack the boss with your pets. If the damage resistances go down, then it works.

The first step in being sane is to admit that you are insane.

Thanks, I'll look into doing that after class this evening.

I checked this evening on some Rikti LTs. My pets ARE delivering the debuffs. They just dont have an icon displaying such.

Near as I can tell, the pets are delivering the debuff, but not the DoT. This also applies to my /Traps powers, specifically tested Acid Mortar and Caltrops, and I assume Seekers and Trip Mine follow the same rules.

I'm not sure how the DoT is supposed to work when multiple players share the same debuff stack. If there's only one DoT on the target regardless of who applies it, I'd assume this was a bug. If everyone gets their own individual DoT stack in addition to the shared debuff stack, I would guess that this was an intentional balance decision, although some documentation about it would have been nice.
