Devs gone cut scene mad is driving me crazy...
Not a bug.
But this isn't the forum for gameplay complaints or desires, this is the forum for gameplay issues and bugs. You're misreading the forum title, it's easier if you see it as "Gameplay issues and bugs" and "technical issues and bugs".
Wanting to skip or remove the cutscenes goes in suggestions.

Thank-you for taking the time to at least explain why, and not just post (a vague) 3 word sentence

I shall repost in the appropriate forum.
Many thanks,
At what point does something become a "gameplay issue" rather than just a suggestion? The new and pseudo-classic team UI cause significant eye strain. Is correcting the bad design a suggestion or an "issue".

Plus I had to look outwith the development forum and into the 'For fun' to find the Suggestions forum. For all intents purposes, the Suggestions forum should be under the Development forum.

I personally don't have a problem with things like that here, I was just explaining why it currently should be posted in suggestions and not here. To answer your question with my opinion, however, I think it has to do with whether the issue prevents intended gameplay from being what it was meant to be. And cutscenes are merely an annoyance, not something that is keeping the game from being played the way the devs intended it.

I think the best suggestion I've seen for the issue is make it a vote so that if more than half the people on a team click to skip a cutscene, it gets skipped.
It used to be, but that had the unfortunate side effect of some of the userbase interpreting it as an agreement by the devs to look over / implement. It led to some entitlement issues.
"My inner mind has become a reality-cracking overgod. He torments me! Help!"
well, almost.
But seriously, these cut scenes are getting old really fast and the worst part is there is no way to skip past them. Can we atleast have the option to 'click' past this or give the team leader the option so we can agree to bypass the cutscene?
