It works across zones. Two hour cooldown. Great power for the end of a long TF just *port* *sip tea while waiting for rest of team*. 
If I recall correctly, it doesn't work redside to blue or vice versa. But Shard to Perez ... oh yes.

This power is a "nice to have." I went to paragon wiki and looked it up. For some reason, I thought the cooldown was 120 seconds instead of minutes. Oh well, still very cool. Thanks for the replies.
I love the power. It was worth buying the pack for.(although the other things in the pack make it a sweet deal). I remember when it was just out and people were surprised to see me coming out of the door of the mission we were supposed to be doing while I was just three zones away when I was invited.

Really handy when villain-side points you to the wrong door with the way point. Also handy if you're getting powerleveled and hit a mission you just can't sneak to.
A great power. But frustrating when you use it in teleport suppression zones like Pocket D and expend it without going anywhere.

when you use it BEFORE YOU SET THE MISSION....
(happens to me every now and then when Im running in RWZ or in Gville doing papers)

I thought I remember hearing of a power that sends a player directly to the mission entrance. Is this a vet power or something bought from an expansion?
