Seriously. We've tried keeping the flames from him. He keeps regenerating.

We've tried ignoring the flames. He keeps regenerating.

We've tried piling on reds and pounding him. He keeps regenerating!

Is there something we've missed?

when i ran it didnt seem to have any issues with him, in fact he was prolly easier than most of the AVs in the sf

the fight i thought was harder was the triple AV fight with mercedes sheldon, and group

Probably just a bug then.

We all ended up leaving the map, loading up on reds, and just piling on him. It took about ten seconds.

My preferred method is with a lead pipe. (give me a smart *** answer when I ask for new tile sets at hero con 1 will you)

After the lead pip a variety of items should present its self starting with the even popular Two-by-Four.

If your looking to do this with a certain amount of zest and sting cheese graters and lemon juice should appeal to you.

Depending on party comp Posi can be fairly easy to fairly hard.

You could use envenomed daggers. Or get some Rad on Rad action going.

As in all harder challenges.. adapt!

Regen to high = Do more damage then he regens or Debuff his regen!

- The Italian Job: The Godfather Returns #1151
Beginner - Encounter a renewed age for the Mook and the Family when Emile Marcone escapes from the Zig!
- Along Came a... Bug!? #528482
Average - A new race of aliens arrives on Earth. And Vanguard has you investigate them!
- The Court of the Blood Countess: The Rise of the Blood Countess #3805
Advanced - Go back in time and witness the birth of a vampire. Follow her to key moments in her life in order to stop her! A story of intrigue, drama and horror! Blood & Violence... not recommend to solo!

1. Envenomed Daggers, Buy them on the BM craft some. They come in handy. (they have -regen)

2. Have a debuffer, The Dark and Kin heals both have a -regen component, Rads have a -regen power, Traps have the best one Poison Trap has a -1000% regen. I am sure there are others, but there is a start.

You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life. Winston Churchill

3. Mastermind Assault Bot has a chance for -regen.

4. Widow Poison Dart and Dart Burst both have -regen.

We kill the green fire imps before they got to him and that flatline his regeneration

What is this "green fire imps"? We did the new SF twice and both times we beat under 45mins. I think the second time is under 40mins. The only difference, I guess, is that we were all using our high level toons. Poistron actually went down the fastest of all AVs. Infernal took a bit longer and the 3 AVs took the longest.

Is Poistron supposed to be hard? He didn't even use his normal "god-mode".

I can see the SF being hard for lvl 20s.

What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.

This. Basically every time it says the Flames of Prometheus are active imps will appear in the room Positron's in. They all probably apply some type of buff to Positron, but the green imp (cleansing flame, I think it's called...maybe purifying flame) heals him back to full if it reaches him. With enough damage you might kill him before it ever happens but I ran it a few minutes ago without a full team, and that's what we had to do.

Now I just need to find out how to convert that temp power into a notice of the well...

Better yet, pound him with insane amounts of -resist.

If you really want to be cheap, wander in to Warburg and pick up some Chem Nukes.

Someone suggested in another thread that you probably have a badge with a button just like the veteran rewards. I haven't done it on any toons yet, so I can't say. Might want to look in your badge listing, next to the badge for completing the SF.
