New Character slots missing

Having the same issue. Even deleted a character but that slot also was suddenly "Unavailable."
Just logged on and noticed that all my vet slots that were available are now gone. It's because the on-line store appears to be off-line. Whenever that happens, additional character slots end up locked. If you delete characters that are on additional slots, the slot will lock out too.
Once the store comes back up, the character slots should reappear as well. If they don't that's when it's time to contact CS or a community rep.

If your slots are all of a sudden showing as unredeemed I think that's not the global services, it's something else.

Thanks for pointing this out!
All three of the new character slots I had remaining were suddenly lost after the servers came back yesterday. Any way I can get these back?
