Is This New?

So, at level 32 I still didn't pick-up the Ouroboro's doorway teleporter. I was in the Bricks and decided to run a Holsten Armitage Mish to open up his store and low and behold after the mish I was awarded with the Ouroboro's Doorway. I ask if this is new being that I thought the only way to get the Ouroboro's Doorway was through Faultine and Doc Delilah. I have ran Holsten Armitage's mish'es before never to receive an Ouroboro's Doorway. I know you have to be at least level 25 in order to get it. Does anyone know if they added more contacts that will now provide this? Thanks.

Technically any mission that involves time travel should unlock it I think. I'm not necessarily familiar with which those are, although wikipedia would probably tell us. ^_^

Down on the list of things that will grant it is "Complete Holsten Armitage's mission: Rescue Senator Dybalski"

As Organica says, any mission that involves time travel should award the badge, even if you're under level 25, though you won't be able to use the Ouro power until you get to 25 - just as well, seeing as the only villainside arc (unless they've added others) prior to Time after Time (45+) that awards it is Echo Down the Aeons, which only goes up to 20.

I know some older missions that should award the badge never used to - like The Devil's Timepiece from Mercedes Sheldon. Looks like that's been fixed now.

At least used to, you could summon the Ouroboros portal prior to level 25, you just couldn't enter it yourself.

We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.

Also, the exploration badges in Recluse's Victory give the badge if you don't have it yet since the zone is in it's own fluctuating time loop.

Heck, I had some old single-digit-level characters get the portal when Ouro was introduced because they had the first and second year badges - thus the 5th gladiator, which "counted" as being exposed to time travel.

With that mission (Holsten Armitage), i got my first ouro portal in my first toon in December 2008..... hehe good times

Drove me nuts when Ouroboros first came out. My main had the power and the portal the day it went live, and I couldn't figure out how. He's Science origin and I had run his mission in the past to unlock his store, which is apparently retroactive (has to be since I'd run the mission more than a year prior)

My favorite example of having an Ouroboros Portal at low level is a silly character I have on the Training Room. He's level 1, and he can never leave Outbreak because he's been banished there forever. He has a ton of badges, and because he's so old that he has the first two anniversary badges, he has an Ouroboros Portal. I can summon it, but can't enter.
