Selling Crafted Enhancements

You need to set up a personal SG and start up a Base so you can store your stuff in the enhancement and salvage storage bins. You'll need help to get all your alts invited into your SG, but that should give you enough Prestige from recruitment bonuses (first 15 SG members) to buy a bin or two to start out.

I have 6 personal Bases (3 hero, 3 villain) with thousands of crafted Set IO enhancements in storage.

Teams are the number one killer of soloists.

You can call it whatever you want, I want to find a way to store this excess, get this out of the way so I can play with empty queues. I'm using every trick in the book. I'm storing it in email, fill up my other alts, bm/ww but I'm locked.

What server are you on? I would happily make a toon to get you set up with a SG alt invite. If you have a little startup cash I will even set a base up for you.

I am always amazed at people who keep stuff on email. If I email cash/recipies, I either have my other account logged in to pull it off the mail instantly or log in the target character instantly.

I only keep wakies for lowbies on there longer than that. I'm sure I've lost a good half dozen of them over the past few weeks when it seems like the emails were rolled. Shrug. You're more lucky than me I suppose.

EDIT:
Oh and if your stuff hasn't sold after a month I'd say you listed it to high and it isn't going anywhere. Pull it off and relist lower. If you have to delete something cheap then so be it. Unless you can find someone who will 'hold' something for you for a few minutes. I'd do that but I don't think you're on any of the servers I play; I don't recognize your handle.

By the way, you should write down what you have stored in your emails. The email server had hiccuped several times in the past and emails got wiped out. If you get wiped, you can get your stuff back by petitioning, but the GMs will want you to tell them what you've lost. I guess as a cross check so they're not just handing out free stuff on your say-so.

A hiccup might be the best option for me right now :-) this is becoming too much. I need more storage space. larger bm/ww queues, larger email attachments. I'm just maxing everything but I will login to the my SGs now and buy enhancement storage and see how much this will offer.

Each enhancement storage table can hold 100 enhancements. They cost 95k prestige, and don't take any power/control, and require being placed in a room that allows workshop items.

Sell that stuff for a loss and free up your slots. You'll make your money on set IOs anyway.

I craft generics for badges. I don't expect to make money on them.

Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

Well there's your problem, then. Part of what I enjoy about CoH is apparently bean counting. Oh well. Back to my pile of money.

There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. This is the solution. I'm bought extra spaces and placed the tables(4@150,000 prestige for each roughly). Now I don't have to waste anymore time in the WW or BM. Solo SGs all the way for me now. My SG is now an SW(Super Warehouse). Now I can focus just on the gameplay again.

Both times I've had my email "reset" and lost items, I didn't have to give them a list. I just asked them to fix it and they pulled the logs and gave me my stuff back. As an added bonus, they didn't even ask what I did with the stuff I had already previously used that magically re-appeared in my mailbox when it "reset".

Don't forget that when Praetorian characters join their first SG, that SG gets 100,000 prestige. It's only the first SG that gets that boost but you get it for each Praetorian that joins. So if you make 5 Praetorians and invite them to your SG you get 500k prestige.

That makes building your base a lot easier.

Next, I have fill out all of my builds too. I just have too much. I'm clearing my queues before I play and I getting rewarded for my diligence but this stuff is now starting to eat in my gaming time. Maybe I should just delete these and move on. I never thought I would just throw things away but my time is just so valuable now. I'm sick of dealing with the maintenance stuff. One thing which may/may not help: Don't list items AT the "last 5" prices or they will never sell [even if prices don't go down; and prices, mostly, do go down on a month-to-month schedule.] For instance, looking at Positron's Dam/End at level 50, they typically sell for 10 million. I _list_ them at a hair over 8 million, but people _spend_ 10 million*. If you listed at 10 million you'd come back day after day, week after week and watch people spend 10 million on "not your IO". So those Apocalypses might be overpriced even if they're at or near the last 5 prices.

Getting back to the month-to-month thing: Prices tend to go on a sawtooth: something happens like I18 or a double XP weekend or something, and prices shoot way up. Then supply slowly catches up to demand and prices come down over the next month or so. Then additional supply comes in and prices come down even farther. I could give examples of this by going through my stock of stuff that was listed below market price and has been swept away by recent crashes. (Regenerative Tissue: +Regeneration, listed at 81 million, expected to get 100 to 150 million, market thinks it's worth 40 million.)

* Right now they're actually spending 8 million. So it goes.
