I do not have access to Mids at the moment, but here are my power selections and slotting to the best of my memory. The order of the power selections escape me so I've listed the powers by powerset.

Willpower
High Pain Tolerance- 5 Slotted Aegis: res/end, res/rech, end/rech, res/end/rech, res

Mind Over Body- 5 slotted Aegis: res/end, res/rech, end/rech, res/end/rech, res

Fast Healing- Full set of Numina's

Indom Will- 4 slotted: LotG Def, LotG global rech, GotA Def, GotA Def/end

Rise to the Challenge: 1 generic taunt IO

Quick Recovery: 3 slotted generic end mod IOs

Heightened Senses: 4 slotted: LotG Def, LotG global rech, GotA Def, GotA Def/end

Strength of Will: 3 slotted Titanium Coating: Res, Res/rech, res/end

Battle Axe
Beheader: Empty

Gash: Full set of Mako's Bite

Build Up: Full set of Gausians

Swoop: Full set of Mako's Bite

Taunt: 1 generic taunt IO

Whirling Axe: Full set of oblits

Cleave: Full set of mako's bite

Pendulum: Full set of Oblits

Pool Powers/Fitness
Hasten: 3 generic rech IOs

SS: 1 generic run speed IO

Maneuvers: 3 slotted Lotg: Def, Def/end, Global Rech

Tactics: 1 slotted Rectified Recticle +perception

Vengeance: 1 slotted LotG global Rech

Kick- Empty

Tough: 2 slotted Steadfast Protection: KB protection, +def

Weave: 3 slotted Lotg: Def, Def/end, Global Rech

Health: 3 slots: Regen Tissue +regen, Miracle +rec, Miracle Heal

Stamina: Full set Performence shifter

I apologize for not having the mids data, but this is the best I can do right now. Any suggestions are welcome. My only request is no purples or IO sets. Thanks for your insights.

Fast Healing- Full set of Numina's I would never 6 slot this, its potentially and usually less bang for buck than what I would get slotting elsewhere for its not just the bonuses that are important its what the powers can do in usual terms. I would pull 3 slots from here.

Stamina: Full set Performence shifter, same again I would pull 3 slots.

Beheader: Empty, your bruise power that gives -20% res debuff. I would slot this, adding upto 5 slots.

Build Up: Full set of Gausians, ideally this slotting would be more beneficial in Tactics. If you pulled 3 slots from the powers I suggested this could be 2 rechgs and Tactics would be less eps. Willpower offers additional perception and so does tactics.

Tactics: 1 slotted Rectified Recticle +perception - as said willpowers HS and tactics will add enough perception.

This advice is given without using Mids but I pretty much have 4 willpowers and roughly remember how they were slotted.

Can't speak for willpower, but I can speak for the battle axe and pool powers.

Beheader: Listen to New Dawn. SLOT Beheader! You can't afford to pass up using a 20% resistance debuff, and if you're going to use it, you might as well slot it.

Build Up: You have tactics, and Build Up is the one you six slot with Gaussians? Put the Gaussians in tactics and put that Rectified Reticle here. It's a global increase in perception and so it's not tied to the power activation. Oh, and two more slots can be removed from Stamina and put on this for Generic Recarge IO's.

Whirling Axe - Obliteration does just above bubkiss for endurance reduction, and endurance reduction you ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE in every power in the battleaxe set, even with QR and Stamina. ESPECIALLY on the AoE's. If you don't need the melee defense bonus, consider using one of those Obliteration slots for a generic END Redux IO. Me? I frankenslotted mine to maximize damage, accuracy and end reduction, adding in an explosive strike proc for a little extra damage.

Explosive strike procs, by the way, are dirt cheap and will fit into every single attack. Just thought I"d mention.

Cleave: Cleave is a very narrow cone, and as such does not take melee sets. So if you're hellbent on Obliterations this is another good spot for it. But see what I said above about endurance reduction. You're going to need it. LOTS of it.

Pendulum: You know what I"m going to say, right?

Tough/Weave/Maneuvers/Tactics - massive end drain when coupled with so many aoe's in your attack chain that have full sets of obliterations. Off the top of my head, I also don't believe Mako's offers all that much in End reduction, but I could be wrong. I'd keep tough and weave, but swap out maneuvers for combat jumping, tactics for Focused Accuracy (from the energy epic) and (since you won't meet the requirements for it) Vengeance for Physical Perfection.

That's pretty much it at a glance, but before I go let me say again to SLOT FOR END REDUCTION!! All those LoTG's, Hasten and all those toggles will likely drain your end bar before you get through three complete attack chain cycles. EVEN with stamina and Quick Recovery.

When you think you have enough, slot some more end reduction.

And go for the cardiac alpha. You're gonna need it if you're slotting nothing but obliterations in your aoe's.

Great input guys, and it is greatly appreciated. I was not aware of the bruiser -20% res from the tier 1 attack as I typically do not play tanks, but I did some reading up on it after your posts and will definitely make better use of that attack.

I think with this build I got a little hung up on positional defense. Hence the multiple Obliteration and Mako's sets. I think I might be better served going for S/L def with some Kin Combats as apposed to the Mako's I have slotted currently, as well as adding some end reduction to my attacks.

Endurance was one of my major concerns with this build, and I am glad you gave me some ideas on how to shore up my endurence usage. I had decided already on the cardiac alpha, but even with tier 4 (which I am not close to yet) I was still a little concerned with the end drain from my BA attacks.

Is it possible for me to softcap S/L defense without gimping the build elsewhere, or should I not worry about soft capping since I have pretty good S/L resist numbers?

With the build posted I am softcapped to fire/cold/energy/neg and around 25% to S/L, melee/ranged/aoe, but as you pointed out and I am aware, endurance drain is a major concern.

Without mids at my finger tips, I think swapping out the Mako sets for four slotted Kin Combats, adding 4 slots to beheader with a set of kin combats, and swapping one of the oblit slots for a end red IO in each of the aoe's will do what I want. Thoughts on those changes?

If you're trying to build up your defenses, I'd suggest using different sets. Willpower is a set with built-in typed defense, using sets that provide positional defense is not giving you the best bang for your buck. For example, I'd suggest Kinetic Combat for your single target melee attacks (worth +3.75% s/l def), and then using the last two slots for the Mako's triple / quad (that should be ~65% acc, 95% dmg, and ~80% rech/end). For AoEs, using 3/4 Erradication is worth 3.75% e/ne def. Guassian's, while it provides def to all three positions, costs a lot of slots. I'd suggest using 2 Rectified Reticals (no +Perception for the reasons others have stated) for a quick 1.88% def.

Don't skimp on RttC, it's a core part of your survivability. You should at least have 95% heal enhancement in this.

QR is stronger than Stamina, so if you're getting more enhancement value with a full set of PS, then it should be in QR instead of Stam.

Having said that, I think you're using way too many slots on these two powers. If it were me, the most I'd do is 2 End Mod + Perf Shifter in each and make sure my attacks have a healthy amount of end reduc in them.

Taunt is a great place to get set bonuses. I prefer 5-6 slots of Mocking Beratement for both s/l and f/c def.

These seem overslotted to me.

These seem a little overslotted to me. If you're in a slot crunch, consider dropping these down to three slots. (Pure fire/cold attacks aren't very common.)

Actually, HPT might has a reasonable number of slots, but it would be wise to place some heal enhancement into it.

Willpower has built-in KB protection, so I'd drop the KB Protection from it.

Also look at using Musculator Alpha rather than Cardiac.
The higher Tiers in Musclator also include an EndMod buff and as your running QR, Stam and Physical Perfection this can be a big buff.

I dont have exact numbers here but I did a Spines/WP Scrapper and with Cardiac (33% EndRed) I used 0.18% End less based on the Totals Screen (doesnt include attacks).
With the Musculator (33% EndMod) I was recovering an additional 0.30% End (doesnt affect attacks of course).

So to round this off im not saying Musculator is BETTER than Cardiac but it may be worth a look as an alternative.

Also for the PBAoE attacks look at using Eradication.
2 slots = 1.8% MaxEnd
3 slots = +3.125% E/NE Def
4 slots = +2.25% MaxHP
6 slots = +1.563% F/C Def
Again it is EndRed light (like Oblit) but it has some nice Set Bonuses that are not very common (Oblit has +9 Acc same as LoTG and Scirocco so its easy to go over the RuleOf5 with this).
The +MaxHP is VERY tasty

Okay, here is the updated build. I was able to softcap S/L def. I left the oblits in there for the recharge bonus, but removed the proc in favor of end reduction. Thoughts?

No Mids here, but couple of quick points:

High Pain Tolerance really screams to be slotted with Heals for more life, it is multiplied by every percentage point of regen you get from the rest of the build.

The defense slotting in Combat Jumping is dwarfed by the value of Weave; I'd yank the slot out of CJ and 3-4 slot Weave, trying to ED-cap its defense value.

In general, I'd make less effort to get +recharge; Willpower hardly benefits from it, and small a mounts of +rech won't make much difference in your attack chain unless you're going for a specific chain. So I'd consider replacing the Oblits in your PBAoEs with 3 Erads and 3 Cleaving Blows. If you pick which ones carefully, you can ED-cap damage and recharge that way, getting those attacks back faster than you would with Oblits, and you'll have more end reduction and the defense bonuses. Acc enhancement will only be moderate, but it's easy to pick up global +acc (and I don't think your current Oblit slotting gives great +acc either). You could dump out the Gift of the Ancients set pieces in your defense toggles, for example, and 4-slot LOTGs with the exact same enhancements, and get the +9 global acc from each power.

Although I haven't made a Tanker with WP yet, they say you ought to have two slots of +taunt in RTTC if you really want keep aggro.

PS: Also, I'd seriously consider dumping the slots out of Indomitable Will (+def only vs Psi) and putting a resistance set (probably 4 Reactive Armors) into Tough.

Note that all the Kin Combats will cost you a lot unless you pile up the A-merits.

I don't have access to Mids to check the numbers, but I like your suggestions a lot. The only reason I built in the recharge bonuses was to have SOW up as often as possible since recharge is not enhanceable on it, but taking your suggestions will save me some inf, esp if I replace the LotG global recharges with def/end. As you pointed out, the kin combats are going to set me back a pretty penny.

Does that work? I assumed it not only didn't take recharges, but also didn't come back any faster from +global recharge or Hasten. But that was an unverified assumption.

Mine is an unverified assumption as well. I only assumed the global bonuses would apply because they apply to other unenhancable powers, specifically, Domination. I could be wrong.

There is a good lesson in here. One trap that is very easy to fall into is building for global bonuses when you'd be better off aiming for straight up enhnacement value in the powers themselves. So you need to be mindful of how many slots you're devoting to set bonuses.

The benefit for this really depends on your playstyle. If you use Taunt a lot (and rotate between targets, not just using it on your current target), then putting extra slots into RttC isn't necessary. For example, I don't run with any taunt enhancement in RttC. If you tend not to use Taunt as liberally, then Taunt enhancement in RttC becomes more helpful.

If recharge (of any kind) decreases the recharge of SoW, then it's a bug. SoW was designed to have a fixed recharge.

Good to know. Byebye LotG global recharges and Oblits. Thanks for the info. You saved me a bundle of inf.

How about this? Your softcapped to S/L/E/N, 3100+ HP, and near 700% regen with 1 foe in range. Maybe it can give you some ideas.

Hatred666 - nice build.
I have made some tweaks so see another similar option.
I removed SJ (dont think both SS and SJ are needed with cheap Jet Packs for verticle movement) - also rearranged some of the powers.

Here is my current build, and she is a beast. It is similar to some posted here, but I did not have to use brawl, or boxing as a mule to get my set bonuses. Not that anything is wrong with that, I have had to do that before, but always try not to ie last resort. I like this build because I have soft-cap in everything positional including Psi. My end cost is not bad at all, my accuracy is good, and my S/L and Psi resistances are very good as well. Pop in Vigor and my end cost goes down, my accuracy goes up, and my regen goes up.....cant argue with that well I cant anyway.

Hope this helps.
