Looks like he tanked it without dying on a character that does not have an Alpha enhancement slotted, so everything was +8.
Edit: Never mind the not dying bit.
I don't see defeats shown as a challenge and he has debt being paid off in the rewards text.

I'm still trying to figure out what we are supposed to be looking at.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

He leeched an Apex w/o an Alpha Enh. slotted, forcing his teammates to carry him. At least that's what I'm seeing *shrugs*

No. Look at the team-gratz in the chat window.
If that's what he was trying to do, it was performance art.
Also, the 0 defeats was pretty impressive too. Lots of Apexes have hat least a couple faceplants.

Maybe he was debt capped before starting?
Pretty sure you'd be debt free before the end of the first mission if you started at the debt cap. I am pretty sure Cai was correct in this case.
