So preparing for Pax east, I was thinking. . . . why not grill them while im there! What can i ask and how should i catch thier attention.

I was thinking of showing up in a diaper and asking them if there are plans and a timeline for cross server pvp. Any other ideas?

pvp fixes and khelds. thats all i want to know about atm

Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.

^^^This. Ask a direct question about PvP and wait for an epic matrix-style dodge. The kind where they give you response that does not answer the question, includes a vague comment about datamining or feedback, and shifts to PvE and Incarnates. Ask things like: "After 2+ years of overwhelmingly negative feedback, is there a plan to fix pvp? What is the plan?", "When/how do you plan to address these issues?", "Sir, when you say Soon™ is it safe to assume that means 2+ years of waiting since that's the answer we've been getting since i13?"

There have been thousands of posts about this stuff on the forums and players have never received a meaningful response. I never hear about anyone asking those tough questions at these events so it would be interesting to hear about the response you get in person. I get tired of hearing about people that fly across the country to ask Dev's about costume pieces and superficial BS. Please go ask some real questions about future powers, systems, content, cross-server possibilities and any plans to fix stuff that has been broken for years.

yea really i'd be fine with just pvp.

and if it were me. i'd really pin them down on that **** so that when they gave me that PR BS response like they did in that article a few days ago, i'd keep asking until they got a direct answer. if for nothing else than to get a dev(specifically posi) to admit the failure and give a time table. i think they owe us that much. i don't think the devs *owe* us very much. but they owe the pvp community that much.

It doesn't matter what you ask them, your answer is either going to be a dodge, market-speak, or this, unless your question is something really obvious you could've found in 5 seconds on the wiki.

Still, when I watch videos of the Q&A sessions and someone asks something like "Are we getting more costumes," I want to strangle them, so you might as well ask something good even if they won't answer it.

Issue 16 made me feel like this.

The crap that people asked and the pointless responses in that HeroCon video is pretty much what got me looking for something else to play.

Question 1 - Good - Deflected

Question 2 - Bad - A joke that was made was better than this Q/A.

Question 3 - Terrible - The question had been answered multiple times before he asked it.

Question 4 - Good - Answered

Question 5 - Good-ish - Deflected

Question 6 / 7 - Good - Answered / Stupid - Deflected (but who cares)

Question 8 - Good - No Answer (Like they had not thought of it until recently)

Question 9 - Okay - Deflected

Question 10 - Good and Obviously A Hot-Topic - Big Deflect (16 months later and still no word.)

Question 11 / 12 - Good - Huge Deflect (16 months later and still no word.) / Good - Answered

Question 13 /14 - Terrible (Surprised?) - Joke...But it was completely warranted. / Good? - Deflected

Question 15 - Good - Answered-ish

Question 16 - Good - Deflected (16 months later and still no word.)
