Respec in Praetoria?

Anyone know where to go to respec your toon in Praetoria.

You can't EARN a respec until level 24. You can't get to level 24 in Praetoria. Therefore, there is no need to have a respec contact. Freespecs are used by typing /respec and don't need a contact. I would imagine freespecs work in Praetoria, but have never actually done it.

Apparently, it's in Studio 55. I saw a message of such when claiming a vet spec, IIRC (or maybe trying to use a Freespec when I didn't have one).

Yeah, I should have been more clear on my post. I meant Vet Reward Respec which meant I would have to go to a contact in order to respec. I'll try this guy out. Thanks all!
