This and the industry releases that have gone out today (Massively, Industry Gamer, etc have each posted something about this). It's just that we players are far more obsessive and tend to find out stuff before they get around to officially announcing it here on the forums.

Paragon Studios are getting ready to release a new update for their superhero MMO City of Heroes. The game has always had an impressive character creator (a tradition which the original developers brought with them to Champions Online and Star Trek Online when they split with NCsoft), and in the new pack they are adding 60 new costume pieces to it. The update is called City of Heroes Animal Pack, and as the name implies it focuses on the animal kingdom. You know, I just realized that that Kung-fu lion in the trailer certainly has a lot of balls given that HE'S BEATING THE @#$% OUT OF AN ARBITER IN THE ROGUE ISLES.
Though, he appears to be a scrapper rather than a stalker, so he might be a vigilante.

That's nice! Not on my list, I think I'll wait and see what the "Steampunk" pack looks like, but this is really nice. I know players with animal themed toons will be very pleased!

My only beef will be if those snarl sounds during the video play constantly while beast run is active. Wanted to use that run on some less animal more vigilante style characters. But on a non-beastly character, that sound just makes me think of serious adenoid problems.

That was a really nicely done trailer. It presented the pack much better than trailers for some previous releases I've seen, which tended to feature a lot of standing around. This one had a nice flow to it, along with better costume design (not costume parts; I mean the skill used in putting them together to make a character) than I've come to expect from official videos.
Also, I suggest that the animal biker gang be referred to as the Wild Pack, after its ferocious leader, Herkimer Wilde.

They seem to use Arbiters in quite a few tip missions, and they take the powers and stats of Bane Spider Executioners. However, that seems to have leeked over, meaning you sometimes see them in regular missions and other places.T'be honest, I think theres plenty of people, Hero or Villain, who would happily flip Recluse the bird by beating up his Arbiters
