i tried for hours last night to get it to work, and still no luck.

One successful copy to Beta this morning...
HOWEVER
I just tried to copy characters to beta, then to test... and was unsuccessful on every attempt.

I do get the "your character is queued for copy"... so I wait....
Then I get, "the server name you provided is invalid".

i got mine transfered to beta but still not to test AFAIK... im playin live so i cant check test

ive been trying for the last 2 days to copy a toon from live to test and it still wont work

Same result here, Tried for a day or two now... still no luck. I'll keep trying but...

I tried to re-copy my character today to update her to match how she is on Live, but i keep getting the Timed out error.

I had it working fine a few days ago or so. Today a friend of mine asked me what the link was because his wasn't working. So I checked it and I had the same link and it wasn't working for me either.

I think my company "Help Desk" is incharge of the Copy Tool. 0.o
