Being Lazy...or efficient with little time I got a build from the past what someone did on these forums. I kept it for someone just as yaself cos I knew this would come up. Use it as a slotting suggestive idea

Thanks. It did give me a few ideas.
To be honest, for most content you'll be fine with "only" 30% to 40% F/C Defense (with one enemy). F/C attacks are much more uncommon than S/L/E/NE and pure F/C attacks are even more elusive, meaning S/L covers most of your F/C anyway. In a team situation where you might need that extra ounce of protection (AV, a lot of enemies), you'll likely get it from the team. Ever since inherent Fitness the number of people with Leadership pool has increased a lot. I'd use those slots spent getting an extra 5 to 10% F/C Defense into getting more offense, but I'm like that, I can never do enough damage and I dislike low damage more than anything.

Your current F/C defense is 1 purple insp from the softcap, and that's all you really need. If any changes were made to that build they shouldn't go towards more F/C defense IMO.

My Inv/SS build covers Lethal/Smash/Fire/Cold/Energy/Negative with about 45.1% with one enemy in range, and the usual 90% capped (90.2%) resistance to Smash and Lethal. While originally I didn't plan to go with Fire and Cold, I was pretty close to it anyway and just went to cover it, haha.
Mine takes advantage of the 60 month traveler badge to use Fly on its own, so if you don't want it, feel free to swap it in with Super Jump, as I took Combat Jumping to help boost up global defence as well as a place to put in LotG 7.5%. You may have to shuffle around some powers, of course.
